Rip Off

They try to steal your money based on a technicality in their terms and conditions. The trial time is 14 calendar days from the date of order. Subtract the 2 to 5 day delivery and you only have 9 to 12 days to test it and cancel. They are betting you don't cancel within the trial period so they can unjustly charge you for the garbage they sent.

Complete Rip Off

The Terms and Conditions are not prominently displayed. The Trial Time is 14 Calendar Days? Who does that? A previous poster broke down the scam with the trial time starting the day you order. They send a 30 day supply yet after delivery time you may only have 9 to 12 days to use it. Delivery time is subtracted from Your Trial Period, and will reduce the number of days allocated to Your Trial Period.

They are betting you don't call to cancel in time and they can take your $87 for the garbage they sent on a technicality. These people are scum. They know exactly what they are doing and their intent is to steal your money.

Hopefully the word gets out on these corrupt maggots and no one else makes the mistake of ordering from such con artists that hide behind their ridiculous "terms and conditions".

The offer claimed it was a free sample and only shipping was charged. I received a charge of $90 for each item on my credit card. When I called the company they said it was a free sample trial and because I didn't return the produc within 14 days, I was charged $90 for each item.

I ordered a trial size sample for $5.95 of the EYETENSIVE product. It came and then another ad asked me if I wanted to re-order for $5.95. Each shipment came with a "free" sample of another product DERMALOGIX. I was interested in giving them a try for the two times.

When I looked at my bank statement, I found two unapproved charges for EYETENSIVE for 92.90 and the DERMALOGIX for 94.90. I went back over all of my emails and found no record of these orders or charges, only the $5.95 order for my initial trials.

Upon investigating the product, I found the "rules" printed on their website A. Trial Policy: Our Trial policy requires You to understand certain important dates. The policy, and the important dates for You to know, are as follows:

B. Beginning on the day that You place an order for a product $5.95 S&H ("Product") from the Website, Your fourteen (14) day Trial period begins ("Trial Period"). The Trial Period is calculated in calendar days, not business days and your fourteen (14) day Trial ends on day fourteen (14).

C. You will be given thirty (30) days supply (or subscription access) of the Product You ordered. Generally, Your Product is delivered within 2 to 5 days after placing Your order. Delivery time is subtracted from Your Trial Period, and will reduce the number of days allocated to Your Trial Period. If You want to extend Your Trial Period due to slow or delayed delivery, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 888-616-2803. Reasonable requests (as determined by Eyetensitize) to extend Your Trial Period generally will be granted.

D. If You are satisfied with the Product and wish to continue to receive the Product on a monthly basis, You need do nothing else. Upon the expiration of the Trial Period, on Day 14, Your credit card will be billed for the full cost of the Product that You ordered (i.e., a thirty day supply) at the rate of $86.95.

E. On the 45th day following the date You first ordered Your Product, Eyetensitize will renew your monthly subscription for another thirty (30) days supply of the Product, and the credit card You provided to us will be automatically billed for the Product $86.95 + $5.95 s/h.

F. Unless You cancel this service, every thirty (30) days thereafter Eyetensitize will renew your subscription for an additional thirty (30) days supply of the Product You ordered, and the credit card You provided to us will be automatically billed for the Product $86.95 + $5.95 s/h.

G. If You are not satisfied with the Product and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 888-616-2803 prior to the expiration of the Trial Period (before day fourteen) and cancel Your order.

My experience was exactly the same as the experience Mary Ann reported. I fell for a pop-up ad online that offered a "free trial" of a serum that would tighten and plump facial skin, making it more youthful looking. The trial price was $5.95 for the serum and a second add-on facial product. A small jar of the serum arrived, along with a band-aid sized box containing 24 facial wax strips. Imagine my surprise and fury when I found that my credit card had been charged $89 and $86 for these two products! A rip-off dindeed! I'll fight to get a refund!

I saw an ad on Facebook for eyetensive and skinlogistic "free" samples and thought I would try them. Shipping and handling were charged to my credit card. I received the sample sizes and used the products but found that my skin broke out after use. I threw away the product and said to myself, "I won't be ordering that product."

In 10 days a charge of $86.95 and $89.95 were cahrged to my credit card. I immediately canceled the order that I supposedly signed up for when I ordered the samples. I disputed the charges and recieved a packet underlining the small print in the companies policy and procedures. I neglected to read the small print. Lesson learned.

I never recieved the full size product. When I called the company to dispute the charges, I was told that the small samples I recieved were the product that I was being charged $86.95 and $89.95 for. I was told that I would never receive a full size product because I had canceled my account. They refused to return my money.

This is a total scam. Bad product and bad business. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I may receive a call within 36 hours. I do not expect to receive the call or a refund.

Don't fall for this scam. I wish I had researched the company on line before falling for the ad. The Hawaiians have a saying, "Free is free". Certainly applies here.

I ordered a sample to test out the product for $10.95 on 7/13/15. On 7/21/15 My account was charged $86.95 and $89.95 Which was unauthorized and fraudulently charged. I did not receive any of the product and nowhere in the advertisement was I notified there whould be such an charge . I read several reports on your website about the same thing and the same company. How can they get away with such fraud ?
