I had stayed at Summer Bay Resorts this May 2017. As a condition I had to attend what I thought was a time share presentation. It was not, it was a vacation club membership called Exploria Marketplace. I was shown all these wonderful vacations at an extremely low price, as little as $149.00 . One of the areas i signed was a 5 day recind to cancell the contract, which I did not read because I thought I understood i had 30 days. But that being said I could not gain access to the site for almost 3 weeks to review what I purchased. So after I opened the portal I started to compare prices. Wow, the prices where really great !!! Until you go to book. Here is the scam, an "all inclusive" package works like this. You get the room for the low price, but the all inclusive part that is mandatory is extra to a point it is way beyond what you could purchase on your own. It is in fine print that you must read. The 10 % price guantee is such that you have to book it through them at the higher price and request the difference. If the hotel is the same price by the time your request goes in you may get the difference back but their customer service is so bad after they get your money I highly doubt it. Ladies and Gentleman this is a total scam. Please stay away. I hope this helps somebody out there. We all work hard for our money don't let these people win. BTW after days of calling and being hung up on, I finally reached a manager. I asked him where the value was in this package. He told me its only worth what your paid for it. repeatitly. It is worthless.
