We were given vouchers for a 3 night stay and 1 roundtrip air fare in the US for sitting in on a 1 1/2 Hour presentation. I sent a check for $50 for the 3 night promotion adn $98 for the air fare. They both were cahed and we have received nothing in return. This is a scam and I intend to chase the culprits on this . I can be reached at 585-705-1312. I have copis of the vouchers and the checks I sent.

Exotic Paradise Vacations in San Diego Aug 17

Complete scam. Promised a drawing for several prizes. Instead, they gave us the 7 night cruise that requires $98 to reserve, must pay all fes and does not include food. And promised Wal-Mart gift card was $5.

Scam!

No free cruise. No free airline tickets. Any company that refuses to take credit cards is hinky. Be careful. No such thing as free trips.

My wife and I attended a two hour travel club presentation with the promise of two round trip plane tickets, a three day vacation coucher, and a $100 dinner certificate.

Instead, we received "Vacation Instructions" requiring us to send in $148.00 to receive our free tickets and vouchers.

Incredibly, we received information in the mail requesting more money to "register" our gifts. I went on line to request a refund. All their customer service people are named "Dana" and they cannot or will not help you.

I was promised a phone call, which I never received. I called the company and was told no refunds would be issued but I could appeal to "Chuck" @ [email protected]

So far...nothing. Seems to be a total scam

Pretty sure this is a scam ...

We too went to the "presentation" and were told to send in the vacation instructions. Fortunately, we did not send money as that is an illegal practice in California. Regardless, we have still not received anything in the mail or otherwise regarding the free cruise, free airline tickets or dining card. Even though I didn't send money, my time is valuable and I don't appreciate the fact that something was promised and this company has never delivered.

Travel company (don't recall their name) invited us to 8/17/17 presentation at Hampton Inn in Syracuse, NY with promise of 2 round-trip plan tix in continental 48 whether or not we joined their club. We did not, and afterward rec'd a packet that was to explain how we'd obtain the tickets and 2-night hotel stay, 50% off car rental and more. Apparently, Exotic Paradise Vacas has deal w/Trip Incentives, requiring us to fill out form and pay $148-- for "Registration Validation" forms, one for "fly-away adventure" and one for hotel stay. Did receive an "Order Receipt" showing $148 total amt pd and saying Item 1: Enclosed Travel deposit form for airline tix etc, and Item 2: ENCLOSED 3 days/2 nights hotel package, passport to value incl 50% off car rental and TWO $50 dining dollars gift cards. NO dining gift cards, and passport to value pretty useless. AND you're supposed to sign off on it saying all was rec'd and then FAX it to 703.910.7389.

Major concern now for hotel stay (hoped we could at least get that for $148 paid!) is that, once again need to complete half-page form with "sponsor- Exotic Paradise", mail it to TRIP INCENTIVES with more $!! For the $56 to be sent w/hotel 'reservation request', Trip Incentives is supposed to refund $50 after actual travel/stay at a hotel....and 3 different destination "choices" must be listed well in advance of desired stay. NOTE: TRIPS INCENTIVES address is 160 SW 12 Ave Suite 101A, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. For "Fly-Away Adventure", you must send in Reg Validation Form, wait for registration form (supposed to arrive w/in 15 business days), and make actual reservations through them at least 90 days in advance! Well, hey, you've got a whole year to accomplish all this!

We went to this presentation too

Me and my wife went to this presentation for vacation club. We didn't sign up either but, we were offered the hotel and airfare too. So far we paid the 148.00 plus another 50.00 refundable deposit refunded after travel. We did not hear anything back about the airfare but we did get our request form back in the mail saying it was to early to send it in. We was told it had to be within 90 days. So, now I called Trips Incentives and were told to resend our form no more than 60 days and also reassured me that we would get the 50.00 back after travel. They also told me that the airfare was through a different company and should call them. So, I called exotic paradise vacations and all you end up getting is a voicemail to leave a message. So far no response. I will never attend another presentation again.

Scam Artists

I, like some of the above comments, sent in the money for my "free" three day, two night trip and "free" 2 airline tickets. I have yet to receive anything and when I email, an automatic response comes up that they will get back to me in 2 business days. I have been email for a month now, and have never heard back from them.

Me and my wife went to a timeshare seminar earlier this year and we were offered Hotel and airfare accommodations for free, we did not buy into the timeshare but wanted to take advantage of the free hotel and airfare offers that was given to us. I mailed an activation fee first which was $148, after I receive the invoice from exotic Paradise Vacations I was mailed two vouchers one from hot promotional vacations, and trips incentives. I mailed $50 first to trips incentive and I couldn't get a hotel booked, so I received my $50 refund back from this company. Then I mail a $70 deposit fee to hot promotion vacations, when they receive the $70 deposit I was given a confirmation number to book a flight for me and my wife. When we tried to book a flight we had to pay an additional $49 to a booking agent to get a flight to our destination, when you try to book a flight additional fees for discounted flights came up on our computer, this is what we both knew that we were being scammed out of our money. We were giving a email address was turned out to be fake, we need help to retrieve our money from this bogus fraudulent company. I forgot to mention I use a credit card to pay the additional $49 for the booking agent.

My husband & I were invited to attend a seminar in Syracuse, NY at The Ramada INN on Buckley Rd. in Liverpool, NY.

We were told that we were going to be listening to a brief seminar...approx. 90 minutes about the apportunity to purchase vacations at whosale prices...and at the end of the seminar...we had the options to either purchase different types of packages with NO obligations...or just leave with the option to just take the (2) round-trip airline tickets anywhere in the Continental United States...Total value of $2000 per couple...and that is what we had signed up for & chose!!

We then received some paperwork in the mail that we had to pay some taxes in the sum of $98.00 to retain these so-called round-trip airline tickets...and we have yet to receive them. And NOW, we understand that these so-called tickets are NOT FREE, BUT DISCOUNTED when we call to make our reservations through Expedia, Travelocity, etc. THIS IS A SCAM OF SOME KIND!! WE WANT OUR $98.00 BACK & PUNIATIVE DAMAGES!! These people are CON ARTISTS!!

WE PAID BY CHECK!!!

Paradise Vacation Scam

We attended a 1 1/2 hour presentation by this company and were guaranteed a $100 gift card to Walmart and that we were one in 10,000 to be recipients of one of several nice prizes including such things as an iPad air, new car or vacation stay with airfare. At the presentation, we were also promised that if we decided not to purchase, there would be no pressure, we would simply say "no" and walk away with our prizes.

Following, the presentation, there was indeed high pressure to purchase their program (think stereotypical used car salesman). There was even a second gentleman that came and stepped in to "lower the price" after we convinced the first gentleman that we would not be purchasing.

We never did get a $100 Walmart gift card. The value on the card was $5. And we also found it interesting that we were told that 1 in 10,000 would win one of the "grand prizes," but everyone walked out with vouchers for the trips.

Got me too.

Went to sales presentation in July 2018. Received vouchers for airline travel and hotel stay and paid $148. Then had to deal with Trip Incentives and Hot Promotional Vacations for the items. It has been a year now and all I have had from these two companies are disappointments (no flights that I could use and constantly told hotel stays were not available for what I requested from their list).

Exotic Paradise Vacations Scam

Same as every story on here. Went to a presentation and fell for the "get a 3 day- 2 night stay and two airline tickets"! Sent in my $148... received additional vouchers. Had to FAX in Acknowledgment of Receipt.... guess what? FAX number doesn't exist. Not even thinking about sending in the additional $100.... but certainly would like my $148 back. I feel like such a sucker.

SCAM

Having read the responses from many people who were scammed by Exotic Paradise Vacations, I came to realize that there are future warning signs for others who may find themselves in similar circumstances. Is your presentation delivered in a rented hotel meeting room or other similar location? Ours was in a meeting room just below a parking garage. We heard the presentation, received a $50 dining voucher to Outback Steakhouse that we successfully used on the following day, and began searching the internet to find the website for the company.

Surprise! You can't find it. Although they claimed to be the largest wholesale vacation company in the U.S., their corporate office is in a Suite (small rented office) written on their flier. Otherwise all found internet sites lead you to comments from individuals who have been scammed in some way, shape or form.

My only comment is that, if you did attend their presentation, use your dining voucher asap and tear up their useless airline and lodging vouchers.

On 27 October, 2017 my wife and I attended at presentation by Total Access Travels that was supposed to be a majordiscount travel service that was based in North Carolina. The hooks that were being offered were a 3-night Luxury Hotel stay + 50% off car rental plus 2 roundtrip airline tickets both tied into another agency called Exotic Paradise Vacations based in Dale City, VA.

We purchased the package offered by Total Access Travels not realizing that we were going to have to pay $148 in fees

to the Exotic Paradise Vacations company to get the awards. I've paid the fees and it has been almost a month and no

vouchers to cover either of the gifts being offered. Went online and found out that others had been ripped off but mostly in

New York area. I've contacted both TAT and EPV without any response.

Thought we were older and wiser but these

schemes get more sophisticated and tricky every year it seems. Here it is 12/26/2107 and I'm not holding my breath

to receive the vouchers.
