I placed my order on July 31st, 2016 and I haven't heard from Everbuying and no merchandise has arrived to my home. I am concerned because the free shipping was only for 2 days and nothing has arrived and it is now August 12th, 2016. They don't have a phone number listed other than the live chat and this number was listed from one of the complaints and I called it this morning but they are on their Holiday in China, she said Happy New Year 1.863.215.7729. This is all the information that I was able to locate. This is crazy, stupid why are they doing this to us. We are looking for a great deal and we have been scammed out of our hard earned money in the amount of only $32.00, but that's my money not their money it's only their money if I receive my merchandise, but if I don't then they need to return my money today. Please assist me in getting my money returned to me today. I used a prepaid credit card.
