Euro Trends Reviews

Contacted company (phone number listed on my credit card transaction) after seeing credit card charge of $99.59 to question charge. Identified it as a charge for ladies watch that I did not knowlingly order. Given holiday season and personal issues, I was not checking credit card statements to see I was billed several times for shipments of watches, that I thought were part of a promotion. I contacted the company customer service and explained that I did not want their watches, and wanted a refund. They said their company policy is "no refunds/returns" and the charges were valid since they had confirmation the watches had been delivered. I wanted to return the watches but was told that they do not take returns. They offered to give me a 50% discount on future shipments of watches...!!! I had to repeat I did not want further watches and asked this be cancelled, which they said they would (received email saying it was cancelled). This is outrageous ... $99.59 for each watch! These watches are cheap watches. This company is taking advantage of senior citizens like me and other busy people who do not immediately reject these unwanted shipments and cancel.

I asked to verify the company name and asked for and was given the company's address and website. The name and address given, "The Latest Styles," did not match return address label with "Euro Trends" and the website given and reconfirmed with the supervisor I was talking to, "https://great-fashion.net/x9/bkwx/," was not recognized when I did a search following the phone call. Very suspicious. I highly recommend that no one accept any offers or deals offered by this company; it will rip you off of a large amount of money before you realize it. If they were a legitimate and honest company, they would accept a return of the products and refund your money. This means if you are unhappy with their "automatic" selection of a fashion watch to send you, too bad; you cannot get your money back. The return label information is:

EuroTrends, Shipping Manager, 300 S. Rodney Parham Road, #1-225, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205

I spoke with the customer rep and her supervisor. The supervisor refused to give me the name of an upper level executive that could make an exception to their policy.

I hope this report is helpful to others and hope the government will take action to prevent these "automatic" follow-on unwanted orders to promotion offers.

I recall that this offer was made online for taking a survey of how satisfied I was with Amazon. I also called Amazon; the rep could not identify any offers by this company but agreed to file a report with Amazon about this situation.

We had ordered from Amazon.com & afterwards I receive an email from them (I thought) telling me I would receive a free gift if i took a short survey & all i would have to pay would be shipping & handling. NOTHING about a 14-day trial. The shipping & handling was $6.99 & it was for a nice handbag. After a while I'm checking our bank account & there is a charge ($99.99) that I am not reorganizing because it's listed as supercenter (like Wal-Mart). But there is a phone # attached to the amount so I call that number. The lady answers "Customer Service". I say "What Company"? She replies "EuroTrends". I tell her I have not placed an order with them & she asked had I received a handbag. She said it was a14-day trial. I tell her there was NOTHING TO STATE THAT. I told her Iwanted my money back & of course she said no plus she proceeded to tell me I would receive another one in the near future. I said i wanted them stopped & she told me i could not. Well, this is when i lost my cool & words started flying & i threatened to bring a lawyer into it, & she hung up. I have since contacted my bank to dispute them. Something definitely needs to be done about these people. It's a big SCAM. They are going by 3 names that we found. Hopefully something will be done. Thanks!
