Our company, RSA Funding, LLC sent escrow in the amount of $250,000 during July 2015 for business financing from Balimo Investments AG. Since this time, we have since been totally ignored by Dr Meyer and Balimo Investments AG
They haven't closed our loan nor have they refunded our escrow deposit. We just continue to get the "run-around" from their personnel and are constantly told "24 hours". This was 24 hours almost three weeks ago and we are very concerned that Balimo Investments AG and Dr Philipe Meyer are responsible for the theft of our funds.
Does anyone know if Dr Philippe Meyer is still involved with Balimo Investments Ag? He was is an attorney and was board chairman of Balimo until 8/15/2105
