His initial email reads:
Our firm sets qualified listing appointments for esteemed agents in North America's 16 most affluent markets. We work exclusively with only one agent-partner in each. Founded as a 3 person startup in 2009, we've cumulatively partnered in $3.5B in closed escrows, nearly $800M of that total achieved in 2016.
Our sales team began prospecting Mill Valley/ San Rafael in mid June. We call every expired & old expired that is $1M+, as well as make personalized "just listed" & “just sold” contacts that are in the neighborhoods we wish to grow inventory. Each month we set nearly $200M in listing appointments across our 16 markets; each qualified as to 1)Where seller is moving, 2)Why seller is moving, 3)Time frame and 4)All decision makers agree to bepresent.
To that end, we've secured a seller on Sycamore Ave. Seller is moving back to Boston to be with family upon birth of first granddaughter.

But there is no record of him. Supposedly he did this scam in the past and used the name Joe (or Joseph) Reynolds.
He researches you and finds out information to use to get to your soft side and believe him.
There is an upfront free of $6500 to become his preferred partner agent. he will NOT give any references, nor can you find any mention of his company. His domain name is regiestered private. I reached out to the agents in my community and he was targeted all of us at the same time with different stories of the top "listing" leads he was selling.
