Paid Anthony Esposito to put a addition on my home so I could bring home my son from a brain injury center. Gave him the required down payment of 50,000.00 on a 112,000. Project. Did not get any permits and started the work. Ripped some of the back porch.
The weather took the rest of the porch down. Then dug a trench for a power line from house to the garage and put indoor electric wire under ground. After the building inspector came out and looked at what he had done put a stop work order on house.
Warning to clients looking to hire this contractor. Took a 5 figure deposit, worked 1 day. Unprepared, no communication and disrespect to property and self through lies and cover ups leaving damaged property and despair. Phone and emails unresponsive with concerns of forecasted storms. Home left open to the elements.
Due to Esposito’s negligence, major additional interior damage. Building permit never completed, contrary to Esposito’s statement. Stop work order placed by Town Building Department immediately after 1 day worked.
