I went to this attorney to help me get custody of my daughter in December 2012 when he told me he could help me because he used to be a judge in the Family Court and has worked all over, he wanted $5000, retainer fee. He say that he had many years of experience and knew his way around the court system the first day he filed papers in court it didn't work out because he was an attorney I followed his advice he told me we were going to trial and when we got close to trial he told me to sign over guardianship. I didn't know at the time what he really was telling me and he didn't tell me how signing over my rights would affect me later on. As a result, two years later I was forced to pay over $57,000 in child support or face jail time. I sued him in federal court and he used his court friendships have my case dismissed. He knowingly took my money just to have me lose my case. Don't use this attorney! His friends in the courts would rather protect him then see me get justice, they failed to do the right thing.
