If you ever get a call from these A@#$%^, hang up..or don't answer. The most rude sales jerk I have ever talked to. I finally had to hang up on him, but he called back 6 times in a row, after I hung up. I then saved the number as blocked with my cordless phone feature. This morning at 4:30 AM, he called back again, multiple times. Each time the phone would ring once before the blocking kicked in. Seconds later, he called again, and again, and again, until I took the phone off hook. These are deceitful, inconsiderate, rude people. The worst humanity has spawned.
This is the 2nd time we have been scammed by this company. My 86 year old father keeps receiving invoices for product he has requested to never receive again. He has many health issues and does not want to do business with this company.
We did receive product called to ask about sending it back they were very rude and said they would not accept returns. "Lady just pay the bill" was my answer. I will not be paying and told him to send a return lable. I was told "you do not listen I said PAY THAT BILL!". He hung up.
I have a year ago sent a written request for cancellation and refuse to be treated in this manner. Do not use this company as they have not customer service and continue to sent product that do not work.

Bottom line, I used their products as directed for the better part of three years and my septic system drainage field failed. Not long after spending $17K I received a call. I told then about my experience and asked them not to call again. I just received a call from a salesman and quickly repeated my issue and hung up. He called back to tell me I was rude and an asshole. That should tell you everything you need to know.
I received a product called Activitor 2000 from EPI, Inc. that I did not request. Notified the company that I did not request, they inidicated they had a recording of me requesting the product. When I listened to the recording, it was so distorted that no one would be able to determine who the voice belonged to - but it was definitely not me. The informed the person that I was not going to pay for the product, they indicated that they would notify the credit bureau, they were very nasty and rude and said "nice try" but you will pay for the product. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people and dishonest company. Scam beware.
I received a call about a septic tank product, it sounded great so I purchased it.I use the product with no success. I call the co.many to return the product I was told that I couldn't and this was within the thirty days return policy. The person I spoke with was very rude. On Aug 7, 2017 I received a call from this company stating that the were going to send me another order I replied that I had noto order or want more of the product because it didn't work he became very rude and pushed and stated I needed to learn some manners and then hung up
This company set up future payments with the credit card company, which I promptly terminated. Now EPI has sent my account with a collection agency which calls me for payment to no end. My credit card is now maxed out and will not process any payments. I spoke to EPI representatives who do not understand "I do not want anymore products from them! " I've sent back the rest of their products but have not been reimbursed, it's been over 2 years now. Due to this experience I no longer buy anything on line or via telephone!
After the first reorder I told them to not contact me again, to no avail. After the last call I said I didn't want any more but they sent a bucket anyway!!!
My father started buying their product when him and my mother bought their home. After using the products for years we never saw a change. Once our septic tank backed up we we're told that the product wasn't helping but hindering. We told the company that we no longer wanted their product and that we didn't want then to call back. Well they still call and when you tell them you don't want any of their products they push for a reason. After several times of telling them we juts don't want it they get disrespectful, even beginning to call us derogatory names. I finally got fed up and started looking up how I could.lock them and report the company since their invoice shows no corporate information. I hope I can help others avoid being ripped off by these scammers.
