I seen an ad for skin care that was on the shark tank. I sent for a free trial and was charged shipping& handling in the amount of $4.89. I was offered a bottle of eye cream which I declined. I only wanted the free trial of skin care. When I received my package I had been sent both the skin care and eye cream. So I thought I would use them .I did use them but could not see any improvement so I just wouldn't order any , to my surprise I received another package today with both bottles inside. I have no phone number or address only a post office box no. I can't even contact them. Please help me.

Rip-off/Scam

If you haven't, call them and cancel your subscription. That should stop the deliveries. I don't think you can return them, but you WILL get charged the full retail price. Go ahead and notify your credit card company and/or your bank about this. The phone numbers I have are for a call center for the kra'sa and the ilus antiaging cream (separate #'s same call center - 1-844-614-7073 & 1-844-612-5873). If you actually got RadiantRevive products the number is 1-855-633-0203. Go back and read the Terms and Conditions of the product, should be at the very bottom of the order form page. They should have a section called Trial Use Offer and Subscription. Wouldn't hurt to read the whole of the Terms and Conditions. Find and read these Terms and Conditions for any product you buy over the Internet, on Facebook, Yahoo, etc. Remember - if it sounds too good to be true...

it probably is. If your product is something else, there should be a phone # attached to the charge - debit or credit.

I was just looking for a good moisturizer and thought it would work. It probrably would have been fine if I would not have had to pay over $200 for it when it was suppose to be less than $10.00.

When I called to talked to them about the charges to my credit card today they were rude but finally I got them to agree to at least cancel my account but they wouldn't remove the charges. I told them I would have the bank dispute the charges. I got no invoices for the addition charges. My bank had to give me the phone numbers to contact them.

This is a scam

This is totally a scam. I too thought I was just getting a free trail because of “Shark Tank”. After I realized what was going on, I canceled this product. They sent me an email showing cancellation of the product, however they continued to automatically bill my account, which I had to close. They also offered me half off, I refused! I’m also in the process of reporting them to the BBB.

Never ordered

Saw the ad on FB and looked the so called free sample and read the terms. When I saw there was no PayPal option I canceled everything. Now I’m getting unsolicited emails, texts and phone calls for something that should have been cleared from the system since the authorization was canceled. They must have a illegal scavenging program set in the link that harvests screen data. Contacting FB as well to inform them of another security breach

I too got caught up in this scam. I thought I was ordering a "FREE" sample of Kelly Ripa's anti-aging cream & serum. Instead I was sent a bottle of Krasa antiaging cream and a bottle of Ilus antiaging serum. Without realizing that it was not Kelly Ripa's BioDerm Rx, I tried to cancel future orders when no results were made to my skin. That's when I was told that it wasn't a free sample but a trial offer. If I did not return items I would be billed $50 each (supposedly 1/2 price for each bottle) and $20 ea. reshelfing fee.. I told them I would not pay for something I did not order and I requested a postage-paid return label. They denied my request and I am now waiting to see what they are going to do next. I have cancelled my credit card on the advice of Consumers Affairs - Fraud Report. This has to stop. This company cannot get away with this. If Kelly Ripa is a part of this scam, she should be ashamed!!!

I too was a victim of this company. They advertised on Facebook to try the product for free and the only charge would be shipping and handling. No where in that ad did it state it was a 14 day trial nor that my card would be charged $103.00 and $109.00. When I contacted the company to inform them that those charges would be disputed the gentleman on the line informed me that I could get the product for 40 percent discount. I then offered to return the products and he said the company does not accept returns. But as I explained to the agent their ad was fraudulent as well as deceptive and if there'should a way to file charges against the owner, the company or board of directors I would be doing so. He then said he spoke to a supervisor and was told that could offer me a 50% refund. I said if that is all he could provide as a remedy, I would accept it, at this time. I still plan to dispute the charges when the charges complete processing.

I sent for a free sample for filling out a survey. They said to pay only for the shipping and handling with a credit card. The box comes with not info as to who they are or how to contact them but they keep sending you product you have not ordered and charging your credit card. I only found out how to contact them through Yscam. I am go to the better business bureau and any other state commission i can find in idaho about these crooks.

The lesson is nothing is for free and everything today is a scam !

SCAM!

Saw offer of free face cream--saw nothing on how to --NOT receive the second item! Saw nothing about any further charges--Paid $4.96--and $2.96 for shipping. Received two items--now have a pending $103.00 and $109.00 charges on my bank account--called my bank--they had to give me the phone number to call for this company. I called --and told them I wanted to cancel- and I wanted a confirmation number -- He offered to send me more product "for free".---I told him I don't want ANYMORE product. They would not refund my $213.00.--but he offered to refund 40% of each item--said that's the best he could do.. Supposedly this was cancelled --and I do have a cancellation #--and suppose to receive a partial refund within 3-5 working days . -- so -- we'll see. SO ANGRY!!!--ans sick to my stomach!! --and --no --there was no packing slip/invoice in pkg when it arrived.--No info what-soever!!

I purchased an online skin care product as a free trial, just shipping and handling to be paid. I was charged .99 and 2.95 about 3 weeks ago. Two days ago, i was charged 103.00. I called the company and said i wanted a refund and would send the merchandise back. He said no he couldnt do that, that i agreed on a monthly delivery, to be charged every time, that it was free for 3 weeks. I did no such thing. I'm a single mom, when i pay 20.00 for moisturizer i think that's allot. I had him cancel me, but im still out 107.00. This product is here because of the show Shark Tank. Major rip off.

I ordered a 14 trial for one product. I received two. I still had time to return the products. Today (9/8/17) they took 2 payments out of debit card. One transaction was for $103.00 and the second transaction was for $109.00.

No where did they tell you how much the product(s) would cost if the product was not returned. Never did I receive notification that they would be withdrawing this money. Never did I receive an order confirmation.

When I called, they refused to refund my money. They told me they would send me 2 mored products free for a reduced price of $59.95.

The product was guaranteed.

I'm not happy, I'm out $212.00. I want my money back.

Saw a facebook ad for skin care products. Purchased the trail offer. Nothing ever mentioned about auto ship, reoccuring purchases, etc.

Got a notice from my CC company stating my recent order for Facial Skin Care Produ of August 22, 2017 at 2:32 PM ET was declined for $103.

Got another notice from my CC company this evening stating my recent order for Vntgser*Acnepronskin for $109 was declined, aslo August 22, 2017 at 8:09 PM ET was declined.

Watch the internet scams. I guess it's always better to use a credit card over a bank debit card.

Will be calling the credit card company in the morning and putting a freeze on that card.

You can't trust anyone these days to run an honest online company.

What a rip-off. Lesson I guess on this is ALWAYS check out the company complaints before you purchase.

My products do NOT have a phone number listed for me to ask for a refund! My bank account was charged $103.00 and a second charge of $109.00 for a recurring debit card purchase!

I demand these auto pays stop immdiately ad my money should be refunded due to false advertising.

I don't want to have to cancel my cards.

When i agreed to order this it was because it said nothing about membership or trial offer. so i paid the shipping and handling and received 2 products in the mail. before I ever got a chance to use it I see a charge on my debit card 109.00 and 103.00. Needless to say i was furious I cannot afford that kind of money, that was money set aside for my household bills.

So I call them and starts automatically that I should have known it was a trial and he cant issue a refund, but give me a discount. Well I told him in a colorful way he would refund my money and I would send his crap back. so as of right now I have to return this crap at my expense as well a 20.00 per item stocking fee!!! I ordered a FREE trial of a skin care product offered on Facebook "as seen on Shark Tank". While placing the order, after I inputted my credit card information, I was offered a 2nd product but there was no way to deline it. Although I did not accept it, it came with the product I ordered. After using both products I immediately noticed that neither product performed as advertised, so I decided not to order more.

A month later I received another shipment of both products which provoked me to check my credit card statement. Sure enough I had been charged $109 by SkinRated and $103 by Endless Beauty Care.com. I called the number on my statement and asked for a RMA number. I was offered a 70% refund on each and was told to keep the products. After adamantly saying I did not want the products the representative "spoke to his supervisor" and I was eventually offered a full refund.

I asked for and was granted a confirmation number for the cancellations, and seperate emails confirming both full refunds. I have been told it would take 3-5 business days for my card to be credited. I insisted on waiting on the line until I recieved each email so I now have it it writing. Note: There was no "small print" indicating I would be billed monthly or that I had agreed to join any club.

I clicked on a link about an amazing skincare product on Facebook and subsequently ordered the "free trial, all you pay is shipping and handling". NOWHERE did I see that it said it was a 14-day trial and the amounts of $109 and $103 would be charged to my account after that 14-day period. I also did not see anything about signing up for a monthly subscription to these products. I never received an email or any contact information for the company or for the account I presumably would now have if I had a "subscription". NOTHING until I got the rude awakening of two charges to my account for 110.09 and 104.03 yesterday. My bank had to give me a phone number to call, and the agent was less than helpful. He couldn't explain why the dollar amounts were slightly different from what he was saying I had been charged according to his records. And he said I could return the product *at my expense* and get a full refund, less a $20 restocking fee, once the product was received by them. I am beyond frustrated at this outrageous scam!

What a scam!

Just rec'd a box yesterday from this company and saw I'm being charges hundreds of dollars for something I didn't order!!! There is no packing slip or any information in the box and it wasn't even sealed!

Product which was received was not what was promised. There was no information or contact in the box if there was issue. Skin broke out using the product iius Anti Aging Serum and Krasa Antiaging Cream.

I did not know that it was a reacurring charge until my credit card statement came in and there a $103 and $109 charge.

Joanne Gaines should be ashamed to be associated with such a scam!

ilus anti aging serum is one of the rip-off product. I read an Ad on Facebook that advertised a free product and all I had to pay was shipping and handling not the $ 212.00 I was charged.

I contacted the company to inform them that those charges would be disputed the gentleman on the line informed me that I could get the product for 40 percent discount or return the items and pay a $20.00 restock fee which I found outrageous. This is another scam company.

Supposed free trial only pay postage, return if not happy with product. So at cancellation call find out trial time begins day of order which doesn't specify. Then was charged full price before trial ended and didn't get product until halfway through trial. Only way to cancel was to receive 40%off or return product, pay postage and a restocking fee of $20 per product. Kind of crappy return policy.

I took the bait and ordered just the serum and gave them cc info to pay for shipping. There was no phone number, no name of company, no way to ask how to return. Stupidly I thought when the product arrived I would receive this info. TWO products arrived when I thougjt I ordered only one. No name of company or instructions how to get in touch with them. Only when my cc was charged for the 2 items, I called cc company to ask them to charge it back. Even the cc charge had no phone number. CC company called them with me on the line and they finally agreed to take back the products for a $20 EACH restocking fee (remember, I didn't order the second one.) I was so upset, I just took the info and wrapped up items and ran to Post office to return them, getting a tracking numer so I could verify they received it. What a scam. Let's see if they ever credit my account..

I order the free trail "Shark Tank" skin cream aka Kra'sa Anti Aging Cream. Site lead me to believe it was a FREE trail, just pay shipping. At check out, an offer for the Ilus Anti Aging Serum appeared. Could see a way of saying no to second product. Both products arrived 5 days before the "Free Trail " was up. I tried both products. Made my skin puffy and red.

Called to cancel my membership on day 13 of "Free Trail ". I was told I had to pay for the part of product and ship it back. To me that is not a "Free Trail". Not happy with the operated I spoke with at the call center 1-855-683-7714, I asked to speak with a supervisor. It change from part of product to full price 109.00 and 103.00. I told the supervisor that this was the biggest scam I heard of and threaten with my lawyer. I got an RMA for both products and a assurance that I would not be charged and that the product must be returnrd by August4, 2017.

I also received a e mail with the RMA numbers and return address. Will mail products back tomorrow with a signed receipt request. Called 1-844-820-3509 to day to verify all information. Including that I was not going to receive any more product or be charged the $20.00 per return restocking fee. The operator said he could not e mail me that I was not going to be charged the restocking fee, but would submitt it to the e mail department on my behalf.

I was on the Facebook Page and noticed a Shark Tank offer of a Free face cream that they were involved with. I just received my Bank statement and saw that I have 2(two) debits on my card! One of them is for $103.00 and the other, a recurring debit for $109.00! I am sick to my stomach because ---I don't even have a phone number, or an address! How do I get MY money back?
