I was sent a card in the mail, I thought if was from our local water department. I called Environmental Quality Assurance and they sent a technician out.
The technician tested my water and told me it was not very clean, and that I needed a system that would clean the water (I already had a system in place).
The salesman set up and appointment and the guy came out to install the system, they told me it cost $3,900.00, which I paid them.
I was told if I pay of the balance before one year, I would not be charged any interest, which I did.
Now I find out that these people are scam artist, and I would like a refund of all, or the difference for the cost of the system.
If I do not get my money back, I will get a lawyer and have them deal with Environmental Quality Assurance
The owner of this company, Kevin Polowski, is what you would call slimy or greasy. He cares nothing about his employees. The only thing he cares about is his money stack, and how he can steal from people legally. He belongs in prison.
I heard of quite a few customers that had perfectly good working equipment, and he authorized to let the sales people remove it, and to say whatever they wanted to to make the sale, and then resell that equipment that they basically stole from their customers to someone else for new!
I did some research, and they have an F Rating with the BBB. An F! That's the worst you can get!
STAY AWAY!!! Their equipment is unreliable, leaks in your home, and way overpriced!!!
