Energy Solutions Of America Reviews

  • Oct 19, 2016

I was offered a venture deal of becoming my own boss through a franchise opportunity. I was told that the average salesman for 2015 made $387,450.00 with only an investment of $25000. I was very interested and when they sent me the information and guarantee of success through hard work and dedication. I signed up with Energy Solutions of America. I was lied to and also left out in AZ to fail. Per the contract: 1. I was to get 1wk of training and continue support. I received 2days and when I would call to get help the upper management was never around to answer my questions. 2. Our presentation stated company was established in 2007. According to BBB established on 2011 3. A+ with the BBB. Not a member of BBB, last reviewed in 2011, yet presentation deleted dates 4. saved and an average of 25-50% on energy costs(statements taken from Department of Energy), Dep.of Energy state savings of 5-10%. 5. Walter Cunningham testifies on our product, they later changed it to just an astronaut. 6. Income potentials of $387,450.00, after talking with several other dealerships there is none making that kind of money in company. 7. Our contract did not disclose overage on square footage to be charged to dealer, my commission was cut by $2500.00 8. When I was recruited Nick told me that I would have enough business in Yuma for over 10 yrs, yet his analysis were different than the ones used as targeted areas. I was forced to travel to Tucson AZ and San Diego CA at my own expense. 9. I was to receive advertisement through Facebook, account had no activity since 02/01/2016. 10. Contract stated a local newspaper ad would by provided and was not. I can provided all documentation of how I was mislead to enter with Energy Solutions of America to only fail along with 10 other dealers in different states.

I can provide contact information fro other dealers.

Do not buy a dealership from Nick Alan to sell reflective insulation via lunch seminars "Feeds". Do you really believe the average dealer works 4 days a week and makes 365K a year? The Federal Trade Commission requires the seller of a business opportunity to provide a disclosure document and earnings statement. The earnings statement must be a single page document titled "EARNINGS CLAIM STATEMENT REQUIRED BY LAW" in capital, bold type letters. The dealerships listed on the website are bogus. The ENERGY SHIELDZ product doesn't exist. The energy savings claims are exaggerated.Research reflective insualtion on the Department of Energy website.
