My nightmare began when I called about a car advertised on Facebook as "needs nothing". They said it was still available so I drove the 40 minutes to see this car and I got there and they said it was already sold and had me look at a different one. The test drive was very limited because of heavy traffic in the area and a empty has tank but I liked the car and went ahead a bought it with cash, no loan. Drove around town and within a short time it shoke like the whole car was going to fall apart! I took it right back to them and told them I didn't want the car, plus the A.C. stoped working and the whole point of getting a new car was for Air conditioning. Oh and they took my good running old car as triad in too. So they look at it and tell me to bring it back Monday and they'll fix the shake and AC. I asked if it was safe to drive and they said yes just don't go to fast. So first day I have it, it won't start when I'm trying to leave work.

Ends up the battery was dead and I had to buy a new one. Second day i have it, driving home from work it shakes so bad the muffler falls off and I'm left walking the rest of the way home carrying my toddler and all our stuff. I call them Monday and tell them all this and I can't get it there now for them to fix it. They say there tow truck is busy and they'll pick it up the next day. The next day there tow truck can't make it to me so I call my own tow truck driver and he puts the muffler back on for me, now I have to go to work for the next 2 days and can't bring it back until that friday. Now a whole week with the car, only drive it 2 days and it's left me stranded both days. I take it back up to them and wait around all day for them to look at it. They call and say it this and that and going to COST me this much but that's %80 off normal price.

What?!?! COST me? SI we go in there and have to completely freak out on them to call the owner for us. This was just a huge nightmare for me! I was so embarrassed that I let these guys rip me off and had to get my family involved. They finally agree to fix it and I go pick it up. The air still isn't working and 2 days after it does this violent shake again. I'm a single mother and just needed a dependable and comfortable car for me and my child. what I got was a nightmare and more importantly a dangerous car to drive my child in. These guys didn't car and there mechanic doesn't know what he's doing. After spending $3000 and the trade of my old car, I just barely got $1000 for it. Huge waste of money and time. I wish I never made that first phone call to them! They are liers and cheats. Please don't buy a car from them! It will be your worst nightmare come true!!!!!

On or about October 11 and 12, 2017 I met with a salesperson who identified himself as “Rob” at Endless Auto’s place of business on US1 in Cocoa, FL. I was inquiring about a vehicle that was advertised in the Letgo online marketplace. I was shown several vehicles, then accepted an offer to test drive the 2005 Toyota. The salesperson pointed out the car’s highlights, including the relatively low mileage of approximately 109,000 miles, as well as the fact that the roof of the convertible did not leak. It was a fairly sunny day, so I had no way to check whether that was true. On multiple occasions, I remarked about the mileage on the car, and at no time did anyone at the dealership make any statements to contradict their assertion that there were around 109,000 miles on the car.

On October 24, 2017 I was driving around town when it started raining. Within minutes, rain began pouring into the cabin of the vehicle from the roof’s edges and rear window area. I immediately contacted the dealer via the Letgo app and was told “It never leaked on me I drove it in the rain” and, once I informed them that I wanted to return the vehicle, “gonna cost money to cancel the deal and start a new one. But i will work with you,” “come in if you want.” I drove to the dealership that afternoon, showed them the water in the car, pointed out that it would have been obvious that the roof leaked because of the water marks present. First, I was accused of causing the damage to the roof. When I pointed out that the leaks were the result of wear and age and not something done in the span of 10 days, I was told that the car was sold “as-is” and they “couldn’t touch it.” When I pointed out that the “as-is” condition does not apply when a dealer makes fraudulent claims, the manager or owner (I’m not sure what he was) acted offended and refused to discuss the matter further until the following day..

That evening, I purchased a CARFAX report for the vehicle and discovered that the dealership purchased the vehicle at auction on 7th September 2017 and had the car titled on 22 September 2017, stating that the mileage was 203,623 - a difference of nearly 100,000 miles than what the car’s odometer read, and what the dealer represented to be the actual mileage. The dealer attempted to hide this information by entering “EXEMPT” in the mileage box on the sales contract. Apparently, the dealer is unaware that entering “EXEMPT” on a sales contract does not exempt him from Florida and Federal laws.

On 25th October, 2017, I delivered a statement of demands to resolve the issue. I was derided and yelled at by the "manager" and staff. They told me they would repossess the vehicle and "couldn't wait to see my face" when they did so. They also used verbal slurs and engaged in bullying. I look forward to watching them get arrested by FHP for odometer fraud, which is also a Federal crime, with each count worth up to 7 years in prison. They really don't know who they've ripped off this time, but they will.
