For the quick readers here are some quick facts on what happened.
I was browsing around Facebook in the marketplace section, clicking on rentals to see what is out there when I came across and ad that seemed real appealing. I clicked on it and received a reply from Peter Shvets (SEE EMAIL CORRESPOND SECTION) he told me that the house was available and that he is listed with Section 8 and as you will read in the correspondence everything just flowed along pretty quickly.
Here is the thing that was the distraction from thinking at the time that this was not real, IT WAS A REAL EMPTY HOUSE. So I drove there saw the house, saw that it was empty, and it seemed like a real deal. My little girl and I drove around the neighborhood looking at the middle school I thought she would be attending, just looking at our soon to be neighbors etc… so that is when I sent the money to secure the place.
Money I was SCAMMED!!(they give you an option to pay an additional two months as well)
Monthly rent:$1,525.00
Refundable Deposit:$1,525.00
Plus $150
