Made two purchases of speaker for computers altec lansing was the brand and both sets was defective , when i purchased the speakers i was told if i have any problems i could not recieve a cash refund but they would exchange , one set of speakesrs have a water fall effect the fluid leaked out of one of the spaekers , a day later went to return them they told me that they were out of stock , to come back they are not able to repair , so i continued to call talk with them about the first set of speakers about the bad wire he said bring them in and he will exchange them so i did , he refuse to exchange told me i am just stuck with the water fall speakers he was not going to order any more i had to call the police , to make a incident report because of the poor customer service that i am now recieving , and he tried to take of the police officer had to stop him , he lied about the owner being out of the country , and still no type of resolution has even been attempted , i never ask for any money back just some working products they are stealing money from customers selling defective products and now have changed the receipts that are given will not give a copy of the new policies i am out of 120.00 dollars with no working products , and a owner who is hidding from the customers !
