On July 24th, 2017 I saw an ad on face book for a steam hair straightener for 49.97. I ordered it and the actuall order was placed under the name "Elly's World". They said it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I went back to my order receipt to track the order and it states the company no longer exists. I replied to my confirmation letter but yet have I received any feedback.
I placed an order for two ionic hair steam irons from elly's world. The website stated would receive delivery between 4-6 weeks. That was almost 3 months ago and no steam irons have arrived. I purchased 2. I've now tried to reach them and cannot find a website.
I ordered my steam hair straightener for $49.97 on Facebook from Elly's World. I thought it was odd that it would take a product 6 weeks to get to me, but knew it would be at my home within the time I would need to use it before school starts. I ordered this product on July 21st and to my surprise it is now September 4th and there is still no product. When I looked online to locate the company they are no where to be found.
I will contact my bank and get my money back. Good thing I took pictures of my order confirmation and the order number. This is RIDICULOUS!
Note: I saw another steam straightener on FB advertising their product. It's a different company name, but looks the same to me. I know not to order anything else like this on FB or other products which seem to be scamming. Horrible!
Paid for the steam straightener for 49.00. Received email stating would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. This was on July 24th. I have not received my item and when try to go back to where I order it site unavailable. I even sent a reply to the email and no response. Guess I will be going to my bank to see what they can do to get my money back.
