Sharonda M. Ellerby thinks she is the Baltimore "Cookie Lyons" from Empire. She runs several businesses, but they are all a scam. She has a driving school where the instructors are good, but she charges more than other schools. Her drivers are never on time. She is not friendly. Once you complete her driving program she doesn't send the students information to MVA right away. I completed a session, went to MVA to get my license and they didn't have my information. After calling her school several times to get to the bottom of the issue, she forgot to send my class completion over from 2 months ago!!!! I had to reschedule my test and wait an additional 2 months! What an inconvience. On top of that I know a few other students who took the class and because they were over 25 years old she let them drive with an instructor for just 2 hours and signed off the other hours. That's not fair for those paying and it is state law to get 6 full hours driving with an instructor. This is included in her bogus fees. She charges more at her Rosedale location because she said it's in the county and people have more money to pay out there.
She charges outrageous prices to rent a car for the MVA. She does tags and titles, but its not express and she always has an issue with her system there. She says she charges one price for the tags, but your reciept says another. I have heard her cursing and talking about other customers. She is unprofessional and if you have an issue she doesn't try to resolve it nor does she address it, she sicks her attack dogs or so called assistants on you. She sells overpriced cars I'm sure she got from an auction and the location is always closed.
