I just sent a fee for $2000 via bank wire, I also read some negative reports on the company but even Wellsfargo and Bank of America has lots of negative reports. Initially, I spoke with Austin Conterio about a month ago, and it was slow going. I just got a call from Brian and he assured me that our business file was looking great , credit wise and business, this indicate that the file would most definitely be approved in 3-5 days after the board reviews the file. What made me uneasy was the fact that the agreement did not outlined an interest rate for the loan of $150,000. If they do not fund as promise , I will gather my tough friends and pay them a visit directly to teach them a lesson if necessary, hope it does not get to that extend.

Elite Business Finance located in Salt Lake City Utah you want to avoid. Their web site www.elitebfinance.com makes many promises. There are reputable lenders out there this is just not one I have found to help or do as they say. Intially they, like others, request finacial information upon review they determine a loan amount you may be extended. They request the first and last months payments and give assurances they will fund upon receipt. After speaching with them and providing fincials and explaining what the money was to be used for they promised funding. I sent the payment as requested. Below is the latest coorspondance I have had with them.

This has been done and you should have received it by now. This morning we were assured you would be funding the loan today. Of course this was after we requested our money back, again! Once again however we have believed your promises to fund the loan and have created situations where we are anxiously awaiting funding.
I do not know if you have ever felt scammed. This certainly has that feeling. I send you money (for the first and last payments plus set-up fees), and you promise to send $120,000.00. That was the original amount requested. I was assured there was no problem and funding would be forwarded upon receipt of my payment and routing information. Of course you required preliminary financials, and ask many questions. However after completion of that we were assured funds within 48 hours. We waited, and waited, and waited, as our funds had cleared the bank immediately. As of this morning, we were assured funding was coming today. Wow, this time it is $200,000.00, you are paying off the other loan we were forced to get because you failed to fund $120,000.00 as promised. You are so merciful now you will increase our loan amount, with that release us from the other loan, and set us up on payments as so we can have this repaid within a year. We have really found the real deal. Great Finally.
Now, after making absolute promise funds would arrive today, we have waited assured venders all was well. Then you request another P&L and Balance sheet. This is the third or fourth time you have requested these. So diligent as we are, we send immediately form our accounting software. All information is accurate as to what is entered to date. Then we wait, and wait, call and call, of course no answer ( unlike when you call us, someone answers and responds), now 4:30 PM no funds, no answer, no return call. Are you sure you are not in jail in some North African country? This feels very much like you may be.
Dont let this be you . Stay away from this company. Their promises are mute. During this time I have waited, I was able to find funding and my situation is not dependant on their financing; however, they have cost me not only the first and last payment, but time. I cannot beleive people allow themselves to feel good working for a con business.
We, The American Mortgage Company applied for a loan for our client who was starting a Medical Equipment Business, we did fill the application, discuss the business terms, conditions, in detail.Mr.Chris Baren the account Manager reviewed the the application,the documents which we send. Mr.Chris told us the loan is approved,we are going to process it in 3-5 business days, we waited for 2 weeks to loan to process but no response,we called everyday many times,no respons.After trying for 3-4 weeks we send the emails, ask for refund but still have not recieved the refund.
My company went to Elite Business Finance, LLC for an equipment loan. We were looking to buy a new trailer. We were sent the loan application and we filled it out. After recieving our completed application we were informed that we were approved for the loan.
After being approved we were asked to send the check for the down payment on our new piece of equipment. This check was for over $3,000. They instructed us to send it via express mail, so they would get it by the next day. When they notified us that our check had been recieved, we were then asked to send in our last 4 months bank statements. They claimed it had to be done before we were approved. That made no sense to us, but we did it anyway. We were desperate for a new trailer.
After sending the bank statements, they continued to ask for more information so they could approve out loan. We then decided to go with another loan company. After informing Elite of this, they said we would receive a refund check in the mail soon. This was over a month ago. After numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, we finally got in touch with someone yesterday.
We were informed that if we went to our lawyers or anyone else about the problems we were having then they would "red-ball" us with all financial institutions and that we would not recieve our refund. We are a small company and $3,000 can do a lot for us. Unfortunately they refuse to contact us any further. We were told that we were harassing their company and we were asked to stop.
I have checked multiple websites this week and seen that they are accredited by the BBB. On the BBB website I saw nothing but complaints about this company. All of the complaints told this same story. They were approved for the loan, they sent in the down payment, and they never got their money or the loan that was promised. Someone needs to do something about this. Why are they accredited when all the reports claim it is nothing but a scam.
