My daughter completed tutoring with this company in January 2016. I called the company in February 2016 and I was told her hours were completed by they were waiting on the school to verify the information and send paperwork to them. They stated it would take up to 6wks. I still haven't received her tablet. I have called and left voicemails with them everyday for a month and they haven't returned my calls. They promise the kids a free tablet as long as they don't miss any sessions. My daughter never did so she should of received it by now. I do not recommend going through them for tutoring. If you have other options utilize them. All my communication with the company before the tutoring started was difficult and more it is none.

False advertisment

Hello I am having the same problem as you I was wondering if you know we can get them for false adverstisement, since it's against the law to profit something that is not true.

Last summer vacation, i signed up my 3 year old for free tutoring the rialto unified district school was offering for no child left behind campaign.the school had several tutoring companys that were approved to provide the service at the comfort of the childs home or public library.when the signing in process was on ,a lady came to our door with flyers about elevate learning which interested my son as they were promissing a free electronic tablet if the child enrolled with the company and finished the session.we signed up with them leaving behind other companys little did we know we were in for a ride.the school district approved the registration and off we went.

the tutoring teacher or aid ( abigail solis ) started off well to do with excusses and sometimes would call to apologise for not bieng able to make to our house due to some issues.one time she complained that her emplyer had assigned her too many student in adittion to my son.

all that while we kept asking her if the session was intune with the requirements of the registration and she said yes.my son was so motivated because he knew at the end of it all a free tablet was awaiting him Before the end session abigail reasured us that the tablet would be arriving in two to three months.but weeks months past and no arrival of the promised tablet.my wife and i called the center and her to check and she told us to give it up to the end of june and july.

after that she stopped picking our calls. this month i called the schools district in Rialto and they said that the tutor did not submit all the paper work.i was told the record showed only two hours completed for all the training.i was buffled and told the lady that there was more that two hours and that even the lady abigail solis told us that my son had fully completed the course.i was told to call the elevate learning center at 310-499-2349. i mde my concern and was told a call will be returned after investigation completed.today 9/2/2015, i got a call from elevate learning @3:57pm from phone number 310-568-8365 telling that unfortunatetly my son was not going to recieve a free tablet because he did not complete the course.

i decline the ladies statement telling her that that was not true that i had spoke with the rialto school district and they informed me that the tutor did not submit all the paper work. she also acknowledged the same saying that some paperwork is missing.i told her that that should not be blamed on my son after putting up all efforts and get taken for a ride.it is very wrong to do such a thing on such an inoscent child breaking his trust and spirit.i am willing to follow up this issue for the rights of my child.!!!. and guess what rescently, i resieved a new post card from these people pitching up for yet another rip off. would somebody make this known by all unsuspecting parent.
