EforCity sent the wrong size labels. They asked for all kinds of proof and I provided everything they asked for, including pictures and detailed information. Despite the great deal of time it took to do all that, they refused to either refund or exchange the item. Do NOT do business with them. They cost me both time and money and refused to do anything about the problem.

Beware, unless you want to give away money, do not buy from this company. The items are cheap and they use evey possible opportunity to not refund your mondy. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the product wasn't coming from Walmart until it was time to return the broken crap. Note, if they can't weasel out of a refund, you are charged a 15% restocking fee. When I looked online for a physical address, there was none to be found. That is a huge red flag right there.

Again, warning!! Their customer service sucks and they sell for many stores including Walmart, Best Buy, and Newegg.com. Unforunately, I didn't research them before makung my purchase on Walmart.com b/c I didn't notice they were the seller; otherwise, I would have seen the 1 out of 5 stars and thousands of complaints. BeWare!!!!!

I purchased an xbox one controller that was not the correct item. It came opened but since it was the wrong one I returned it. They are not willing to refund me the money.

They charge you to ship the item back to them, reject it and then charge you for them to ship it back.

The customer service people are extremely rude as well and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager.

Warning!!...Do Not Purchase anything from this company without checking out their return policy. Just trying to find out how to return their product took days. Walmart could not tell me until I actually went into a physical location. They also charge you a restocking fee. I have looked online and they have done many people the same way. Their customer service is unprofessional and apparently there are no managers on sight to talk to. The prices sound good but if you are not sure about the product...BeWare!

I bought an HDMI switcher through Walmart.com for my TV which, when I received it, wasn't what I needed. The item cost $10. I returned the item, but didn't pay to send it certified because the cost of mailing it that way would have been more than half of what I paid for the item. When I initially contacted eForcity. I was told to wait 6 weeks before expecting my refund. Six weeks after I mailed the item back, I contacted the company again. This time, I was told that it would take 10-15 days for delivery. I waited another month and THEN I was asked for the tracking number. Of course, I don't have a tracking number. But if the company receives mail, why would I need a tracking number? The packing slip with my order number was in the package. Why wouldn't they be able to trace it from that?

I've come to the conclusion that this is the way they avoid issuing refunds. If someone buys a cheap item from them, which constitutes most of their products, who's going to want to pay for certified mailing? So no tracking number, no refund. They can claim they never received it, can't find it, etc. They get the product back for free and can then sell it to someone else.
