First you are asked your name and date of birth. Afterwards the psychic greets you and asks you what's your problem. My specific problem I wanted simple closure for me and my ex.
Instead of just granting me closure I recieved from multiple psychics she was thinking of me and was thinking about returning. From psychics like Isacc and Lilly I was told she was being manipulated by a new love interest. Stories varied from different psychics on that site but all turned to the fact they were either sharing data about me or they have standard answers for people in my situation. Granted they want you to believe your ex is returning so you can eventually call.
Yes don't think they tell you everything in the chat.They purposely lead you into thinking they have some amazing secret to tell you about your lover or some amazing stragedy to win her/him back but this can't be conducted through simple chat a phone call must suffice.
At the end of the day no one's predictions remotely came true. Psychic Lilly told me in two weeks from the day I called my ex would have an "awakening". Psychic Paige and Issac said the same things also. Funny while I was on the phone with psychic Lilly my job called and I got fired, wonder why she didn't tell me that lol?

I do readings for others out of the kindness of my heart. I feel it's wrong to charge people money for readings that they can't afford and need genuine advice and help. If you do decide to get a reading done by a psychic, go to someone who you truly trust who does readings for free or do them yourself. I suggest the latter because you can use your own psychic abilities and find the answers to your situations yourself.
If you decide to do your own readings, go and buy a set of Tarot/Oracle Cards that speak to you and that you like. You can get them online or at a shop that sells them for a pretty reasonable price. It's a lot cheaper to buy your own Cards and do your own readings than it is to pay for someone to do them for you and end up being lied to. We're ALL psychics and can answer our own questions without paying someone to answer them for us. And then end up being scammed out of hundreds and thousands of dollars on top of it. We ALL have psychic abilities within us and those abilities are the ones that can help us find answers to our own questions. It's amazing what we can do when we stop relying on other people to answer our own questions and start depending on ourselves for answers that are already within us. She asked first how she could help me once I told her my situation she said that she had so much to tell me and in my vulnerable state I waneed to know. At the end of the 10 minutes I was told I would be charged the regular rate of $4 per minute because I trusted what the psychic was telling me I stayed on for a while longer and ended up being charged $49 to my cards for another 10 mins extended. I went about doing exactly what the psychic told me to save my relationship and 5 days later my boyfriend ended our relationship. I called back and spoke to a customer rep that told me I could talk to Zoe for 10 mins for $15 to find out what happened. Why the hell would I want to spend more money to talk to someone that had no idea what they were talking about? I asked for a refund and was told that because I did not purchase a package nothing could be done on my behalf and the money I lost as well as my relationship. Had high hopes for this site but they are nothing but money hungry and really don't care about their clients satisfaction whatsoever. Stay far away! You've been warned.

I got sucked into the 10 minutes for a 1.00 deal. I am so angry right now. I kept getting nagging e-mails to call them and they had the answers. I figured why not its only a 1.00 right. wrong.....I am not going to get into everything but, after 10 minutes is up they let you know then you can end your phone call well, the time was up I told the reader that I can't afford to pay anymore money and I couldn't hear her anyways..that I wanted to be transferred to end the call. She carries on that she has so much to tell me and it is very important that I listen to this message and she went on for another 11 minutes I then interrupted her and said I was done with the phone call and had to be strict...she transferred me and I told them the situation that I wanted to end the phone call. I was then told they would look into it and see what happens..I get a returned phone call saying that my 1.00 phone call is not 38.00 because I did not make an attempt to end the phone call till the end. which is a load of trash...I will never call them again and I don't recommend it ....go to Keen psychics most of them are really good and a lot cheaper.
I had several readings with Alexia and Chelsea, their accuracy was about 50/50 which is about the average I get by guessing. But the sketchy upsell at the end of the reading gave it away as a total scam. Alexia squeezed an extra 30$ out of me on top of a 15$ reading in which she gave me no information after telling me she had “important things to tell me”. Instead she spent the very expensive time asking me random questions. Try PsychicSource instead. It costs more but it is way more professional.

I purposely waited 2 weeks to then contact her and found out these are generic messages they use to contact people just to sell readings or so you think you will get a special reading. I had to keep booking in and paying for packages etc. But at the end of the day, nothing came true but not only that, the person she kept saying I would end up, is in a long term relationship and I'm sure as hell know he is not going to leave that relationship for me, and nor would I even have any desire for that to happen. Anyway just wanted to share that these guys are not real, oh by the way, they get an Australian operator to ring you and she seems so sincere and they organise a booking blar blar and then talk you into these large packages and when you get on the phone to the Psychic, she asks you to pick a number from 1 to 22 (tarot card) which I did and she draws the cards and then reads them each individually but I actually read the tarot and have done for many years and the numbers she picked and explained what each card meant was not the same as any card prediction because I googled each card, way off! All I can say is be very careful and honestly if you want answers, ring a counsellor you might get a better result. Regards from Australia!
