Have had two mri's at this facility, my first mri went fine without a hitch, but then again that Mri was done be another tech I believe his name was Tarass if i'm not mistaken. Back to the disgracful and horrible experiance. My second Mri at this location was not a s good or as percise for that matter. I knew I was in trouble when the tech Amanda had to keep on going back to her textbooks. Looks to me that the Mri Tech Amanda was unqualified on top of being improperly trained. Then her bedside manner was a bit crash. Then on top of that the Mri was not done upto my reffering docter's standards. My Docter ended up writing me another prescription to have my Mri done else where. I'm glad Dr.Burt did. The next Mri specialist actually found what was wrong with my back. So glad he did. My advice stay away from EastBay Upright Mri in Hayward,Ca. Also there sister site named Vision Mri located in San Jose, Ca. Not worth your time or your health for that matter.
