E Data Domain states that they GUARANTEE their lists for accuracy. I contracted with them to have them provide email addresses of companies that run specific software solutions. They said they have the names for users of that specific application(s).
They required payment up front before delivering the names (in wired funds). Should have been a red flag, but they had me call a reference who said they felt uncomfortable as well. They received valid names for their funds.
I know the companies, but do not have the email addresses. The list they sent me for over $1500 was bogus. None of the names are running the software.
They have not responded to my requests and will not refund the money.
