So I did "Duvera" approved me very fast which I was surprised and excited about. They approved me with 1500.00 and they had said it was 3 months no intrest fee ,it was perfect because by that time I would be getting my tax refund so I would pay it off with that money without having yo pay intrest ,so I did I was making my monthly payments on time .When I got my tax refund I go online to "PAY OFF" my account and it said that the pay off amount was 1200 and some dollars I called them and asked them why it was so much if according to the payments I had been making I only needed to pay about 600 dollars at most to pay it off ,the lady then explained that I had an intrest rate of 189% I was furious and told her mam when I applied for the credit it clearly stated it was 90 days no interest fee and she said no mam on your contract it states that you have the 189% intrest fee I told her I never received a contract and she told me yes you did because we wouldnt have approved you so I asked if I could please get it sent to me and she said ok so that same day I said you know what screw it this is my credit Ill just go ahead and give that money up(that money I was going to use to buy some stuff me and my daughyer needed for the apartment like dishes and a dinner table so I had to put that on hold because I wouldnt have enough money for both so I pay them the momey to "PAY OFF"the account. The following monday ehich was the 8th (thats when my money would get taken out of my card)they took out the 286 that they would aleays take out so I called them and let them know they pulled that money from my card when I had already paid off the account on Friday and she said sorry mam Ill go ahead and fix that for you so I was checking all day and they didnt return me my money back a day later they had me talk to a couple people and a supervisor stating that no my account wasnt payed off that I needed to keep doing it for the 12 months! Why would they say that when I saw that the "PAY OFF"amount was exactly the money I payed them including cents and everything so I had to dona stop payment because a lawyer I talked to told me that was waybtoo much money to pay .So up til' this day they keep calling me it has ruined my credit score Im a single mother whos still paying for school paying for daycare and bills I cant afford to pay that money to fix my credit which I would love to fix because I want a nice home for me and my daughter but thanks to this crappy company which seems to be robbing people I dont see that in our future I see that NOTHING has been done to help out all the people that they have screwed over but I hope my experience helps other people out on not picking them as a fincial help.

I decided I wanted to start my credit I decided the thing I needed the most was a bed so ehy not start by that since I was going to get an apartment with my daughter we might as well get a bed.So I did "Duvera" approved me very fast which I was surprised and excited about. They approved me with 1500.00 and they had said it was 3 months no intrest fee ,it was perfect because by that time I would be getting my tax refund so I would pay it off with that money without having yo pay intrest ,so I did I was making my monthly payments on time .When I got my tax refund I go online to "pay off" my account and it said that the pay off amount was 1200 and some dollars I called them and asked them why it was so much if according to the payments I had been making I only needed to pay about 600 dollars at most to pay it off ,the lady then explained that I had an intrest rate of 189% I was furious and told her mam when I applied for the credit it clearly stated it was 90 days no interest fee and she said no mam on your contract it states that you have the 189% intrest fee I told her I never received a contract and she told me yes you did because we wouldnt have approved you so I asked if I could please getbit sent to me and she said ok so thatbdame day I said you know what screw it this is my credit Ill just go ahead and give that money up(that money I was going to use to buy some stuff me and my daughyer needed for the apartment like dishes and a dinner table so I had to put that on hold because I wouldnt have enough money for both so I pay them the momey to "pay off"the account. I went to have my car repaired at Fletchers Auto in AZ and since my repair was over $600, and I didnt have that kind of free money, they suggested I sign up for Easy Pay. They said if I paid it off in 90 days, there would be no interest. When I had some unexpected medical bills, I decided that I would just pay the loan off in 12 months, which was an option.

After looking online at the interest rate, (which I was never told about), I found that I would be paying an extra $800 if I did not pay it in 90 days! Is this even legal?!?

Something has GOT to be done to these vultures that prey on people who have gone through hard times. I would rather take the bus than to pay this amount for a car repair.
