Don't believe a word Hunter says!!! This man will make a deal and take your money and never returned a call. I had to deal with a woman Jessica who finally after 3 mo had my roof finally done. I noticed after roof was finished stains on my ceiling and had discussed it with another employee Luis who by the way neither Luis or Jessica work for Durizon. It seems they didn't want to pay them. I have contacted Mr. Rodriguez many times he will not answer phone and you can't leave a message because by os full have also left 5 voicemail messages with Adriana who has yet to call me back. I also have a warrenty in my hand so what food is this?m if you can't get a hold of anyone? And may I also say they left their materials in my driveway and they sit here still today. Don't know what else to do to get in touch with these people but in the beginning Hunter seemed like a nice Christian young man and I'm finding out by far they are anything but.
In February 2016 Mr Daniel Garcia, Senior Production Manager, came into my house to inspect the roof for hail damage form the storm in April 2015. He helped me contact my insurance and file a claim.
I got my insurance checks ($4100) several days later and Mr. Garcia came to pick up the money saying that the material would be ordered and work would begin the following week. Well, that never happenned. He never answered my calls, and/or messages.
I searched for the company's location and it seems they kept changing locations. Finally I was able to locate the at 9200 Boradway #120, San Antonio, TX. I was told that they were drowned with work and schedules were behind. They told me that Mr. Garcia ripped us and quit the company, that they would make it good. And they would contact me within 24 hours.
They never called me. I went to their office and was locked. I called my insurance and they said that the check was signed and cashed by Durizon, that the work should've been completed.
It's December, 2016, and still no work has been done. I'm a disabled war veteran, and this scam seriously affected my life. The roof is leaking and I don't have any funds to repair it.
Daniel Garcia represented himself as the owner of this company when he came to my home to bid my roofing job after the hail storms in April. He was aware I was worried about being taken advantage of by a "fly by night company" he brought me insurance binders and contracting license information.
We talked for a while before I signed the contract, we agreed that the work would start in early July he asked if I had received the intial check from the insurance company which as a little over $2,700.00, I hadn't received it, he said to call him when I received it and he would pick it up.
I called him a couple weeks later which was the beginning of June, he came toward the end of June, after I gave him the check and he was leaving, I asked what day they would be starting, he stated they were farther behind than he anticipated and it would be the beginning of August,
I called the beginning of August only to be put off, I called the following week, to be told that they would not be able to do the work because the company was going out of business and he was not able to return my money.
I spoke to one nieghbor who also hired Durizon, but delt with Mark Rodriguez only to find out he had been taken for $8,000.00, in total there were 3 of us on the same block that were taken by this company, not sure how much the other nieghbor was taken for.
I immediatley tried to contact the news stations only to find out they Kens 5 had done a story on the company the week before, because of course they had been scaming hard working innocent people since December 2015 and they did the same thing in Dallas Texas.
I have the canceld certified check which they deposit in their bank account, I filed a police report and would like to sue the company but of course the phone numbers are no longer good and they're not at the address listed any longer. so for now I can't afford to fix my roof.

The guy from Durizon is Daniel Garcia and he total me I needed to replace the roof, came me an estimate and he said they would be done in about 3 days, once I gave them the inital check for $890. I recieved the check the next day, and he came and got it, I never heard anything from him again. It is now September, nine months later, and have yet to have a call back from Durizon. I have called and left messages many times, with no calls back. I have no idea what my next move is, I contacted my insurance company and they said they cant do anything about it. Chris
Durizon Roofing and Construction LLC located in San Antonio, TX has ripped many innocent consumers out of their insurance money. They went on TV saying they were a reputable company who did a lot of work, but all they did was rip people out of their insurance money and never started the work. One of the co-owners of the company refuses to refund people their money nor is getting the work started.
I have paid this company over 7K for replacing my roof and I never saw them again. All efforts to contact them were unsuccessful. This needs to stop! Too many hard-working people are being scammed and are unable to recover their funds. BBB was notified and I am working to report it to Kens5, and I am in contact with a lawyer for much needed representation with this situation.
