"dr. Rodriguez is the worst pediatrician we have ever seen. She over medicates your kids and than refuses to even return your calls. She should be in jail for the physical abuse she has perpetuated on my daughter. She is being sued for malpractice. Warning do not go to this doctor...Dr. Rodriguez has been over medicating my 9-10 year old daughter with the following medications : citrolopam 30 mg daily, abilify 5 mg daily, amphetamine salt 20 mg daily, and vivance 20 mg daily... Causing significant weight loss and health problems. I made several attempts to contact dr. Rodriguez as i have joint managing conservatorship of my daughter and she refused to return my calls, and i left several voicemails. I even scheduled a doctors appointment with her in august 2019 and she sent another doctor instead and refused to meet with me to discuss haileys medication. After that i wrote a demand letter from my attorneys in december 2019, demanding that she contact me or i would file a medical malpractice action against her and she called back and told me "she wasnt aware that hailey was on so many medications but that she would reduce them." ms. Rodriguez apologized multiple times and said it was her own oversight. However, my daughter has continued on these medications and dr. Rodriguez even retaliated against me by signing an affidavit giving her opinion that "the children should not be allowed to be around me as i was a danger to them and she felt the children were at risk around me." this affidavit was filed with the court and thrown out because she lacked any personal first hand knowledge of any abuse and that she relied solely off the statements of my daughters mother who is a convicted felon. Furthermore, dr. Rodriguez cited to facts in her affidavit that were false and material misrepresentations about me being arrested and narcotics that were simply lies that she took as truth and used to form the basis of her opinion about the child custody issue despite only seeing hailey a handful of times, over medicating her, and having never met haileys father. Dr. Rodriguez affidavit was filled entirely of hearsay and it contained medical opinions and conclusions far outside the scope of her pediatric practice or first hand knowledge. Dr. Rodriguez is a fraud, and a liar. Other pediatricians have volunteered to sue her for malpractice and that action will likely come very soon. She must be stopped from practicing pediatric medication her over medicating my daughter was a physical assault on her and she refused to even discuss it with me putting me off and refusing my calls for several months before she received a letter from my attorneys."
