Please look out for this doctor:Dr Dale Jacobs. We took our daughter to him for help , because she has mood swings. The first time when we explained the situation, it was very strange that he mentioned multiple time how attractive is my wife. At the first time he said I thought he was just testing our daughter if she is jealous , but there was no reaction, and he was repeating himself. Also he commented through out the session what a beautiful jewelry I have on.
He told us as long as my daughter would contact him directly he would prescribe any medication for her what he wants. Also he told us he can’t say anything what was discussed between him and my daughter.
The second time when only my daughter went in to talk to him. He told my daughter that she should move out . When my daughter asked how she would support herself alone, he replied your parents have beautiful jewelry and a lot of money,so they should pay for everything.He even told her to move to Texas, since it’s warmer there and she doesn’t like the cold. Later in life when she earns enough money she could pay us back if she wants to.
When my daughter came home and told us how shocked she was about his advise I called the doctor. To my surprise he told everything what was discussed between him and my daughter. He said he kicked his own son out at the age of 18, because it’s good for the children. He told me that we only give monetary support to our daughter and wouldn’t provide emotional support. it is completely false . If we don’t give support we wouldn’t take her to a doctor to help her, when we see her difficulties with her mood swings.
When my daughter learned that the doctor told us everything ,she lost trust and said she could never trust a psychiatrist again.
How could a doctor advise a 21 years old who has emotional issues to leave home, stay on her own , when she would’n have any support. Especially to move to a completely unknown state.
it seems like this doctor used his diploma to take advantage a young vulnarable girl. Or he is a horrible person/doctor or he is not mentally challenged.
