Hired Janisch Building and contracting to build our home after a fire. Did a nice job but I was there all the time watching over things the whole time. When he completed the job he said we had a year warranty on the house, with in months the concrete started to drop ,the dry wall was popping and grout falling out of the floor. We would call him with a list of about 12 items to fix he would do one item then disapear. Call them again showed up did one thing then disappeared again. To this day still has not completed all the repairs.
We contracted to build a new home. After receiving most of the money to build, he started moving slow. After two years, we had enough waiting. Let him go as our builder. He said that he would send us documents detailing the expenditures by register/certified mail. Have never received the documents. Finding others that are in the situation from this contractor.
