DominXT.com Reviews

Ordered a free bottle of DominXT from DominXT.com, next day my credit card was charged the shipping and handling by a merchant named Honey Love Essentials. 11 days later, after having the sample for only 3 days, I was charged $97.73 by an entirely different merchant RMK Fitness Market for another bottle of DominXT.

As a matter of background, I originally ordered a free sample bottle of a energy supplement product called DominXT, I only had to pay for shipping and handling. S&H was shown to be$8.37 in the checkout.

The shopping cart then offered a fitness book for a reduced price of $9.93 for the cost of shipping. I included it with my order. The next day my card was charged 3 separate times by a merchant named HoneyLove Essentials out of Michigan. The 3 charges were $9.93 and $6.84 and $8.37. I recognized only two of the amounts but not the $6.84.

When I contacted the company about my order. They claimed I had ordered the two different formula products which I did not. I only noticed the one product on the website. Asking for a refund for the additional product that I didn't order, they refused to refund my money saying the product was free and they don't refund shipping and handling.

A week later, the order arrived. It contained a bottle of DominXT and a bottle of DominX and no book or magazine. Both bottles look to be largely the same product in both ingredients and quantity. Only the MG amount was different; 800mg vs 500mg. I contacted the company again, asking about my missing book and asked for a refund for the product that I didn't order. No refund was provided, however, they sent me a link by email to download a PDF (why did I pay S&H for the book again?). It was junk and not worth anything.

I emailed the company to see if they set me up, without my authorization, for any auto re-order program. They indicated that no auto-order was in place. To be clear, I put it in writing by email to make sure they understood that if I was on any reorder program, to cancel any future auto-shipments for any of their trials or sample products. Then, only eleven days later after my original order and only 3 days after receiving the sample product, the company, using another merchant name RMK Fitness, charged me $97.73 via an email from DominXT, who appears to be a client of ZenDesk. I contacted them again, they said they shipped the product anyway.

As of today, I am still only able to reach the company by email and they are refusing to refund me my money. I have since canceled my credit card.

Upon further investigation, I believe this company is marketing sufficiently the same product under multiple product names and just changing out the labels. I believe this product is AKA Black Label X, RLZ, Male Enhancement, Dominator, and may perhaps have other names for the same marketing / auto order scam. After some quick research and going through the various shopping carts of these sites (just Google DominXT, click images, and follow links), I can see many of the shopping cart/promo pages link back to someone named Charles Williams, MD who appears to be a common endorser of the products. Note also that every one of these sites has, what looks to be, manually edited terms of service agreements whereby someone simply replaced DominXT for Black Label X or 'insert product name here'. In some cases, the names in the TOS do not match the promoted name brand. Some ads for DominXT as found under Google Images reveal upon clicking them to take you to another brand of their many named products, but not for the one you clicked on. For example - click on a DominXT ad and you might get Black Label X instead. I noted that the TOS also appears to note that the main company may be in Belize but is shipping out of warehouses here in the US, perhaps Tampa and Dallas.
