I have seen it for myself, and experienced it hand on... the management is horrible. they are lowkey racist and and purposely not collect your rent or portions to catch up. They prefer the 'whole thing' not 95% of the rent. Short of $2 rent wont count. They purposley ensnare people to struggle financially and on top of that they have a maintenance man that goes in your apartment while you are asleep to steal your belongings.
They Astral project and place curses on you to cause you to struggle financially so they can put you out. Without hesitation they will put an eviction notice on your door and threaten your children on site: "When will you all pay the rent??" your kid could be 12 yrs old and dont have a clue what they're talking about. They taunt tenants and quickly file for evictions to mess up rental histories. But they picked the right one, They tried it with me, and I filed a chapter 7 and made their lawyer look questionable.
I whooped their lawyer in the district court AND Supeme court of appeals. AND Bankruptcy court.. He couldnt stand a chance. By tthe time I was done with their lawyer he resigned to Dominium Management not wanting to be their lawyer anymore. TENANTS KNOW YOUR RIGHTS when it comes to Slum companies like this. Beat the brakes off of them and they will learn not to mess with you ever again!
