I paid $680 upfront to DocVerify plus $20 for ID credits. This is an online notary platform. Yesterday I tried to notarize two documents for a client in Afganistan (he's in the military) and when I hit "notarize now" nothing happens!!! I contacted DocVerify multiple times. No one ever answers their phone and they just send emails with useless links. This problem still isn't resolved but I get an email later saying "Ticket Closed" and at the bottom of the email they're bribing me to leave them good reviews!! On the top of their website platfrom they also have a section where you can enter to win a $250 Amazon gift card for leaving them a review!
This company is terrible and they are conning notaries out of thier money.
