Later discovered agency was overcharging us compared to other insurance products they sold, despite being asked to shop the policy around for best rate. Raised the matter with the management and they buried their heads in sand.

Great indicator of what you can expect. In my view, management is out to lunch here when it matters most. Cannot trust their judgment and cannot recommend them.
