Dione Tillman hired me on upwork.com to build a site for him which he had bought hosting and domain already. He opted not to use the payment system Upwork provided rather paypal etc. I told him unless Upwork No Design work. He then raised an offer on upwork which I began the work on a client of his website.
When the website was complete and I needed him to approve of my payment on Upwork. He started to spam my mailbox with old messages and other irrelant tasks. He never replied the emails, telephone number never went through and even upwork messanger he was offline.
I went into the backend of the site http://www.atlantaluxuryhomesstore.com/ only to find out that he has changed the credentials of the site and ftp. I then got a notification that he has sent a refund to upwork. I quickly reported him to Upwork that he was a fraud.
