I have sent numerous messages through the chat feature on your site and have similarly been ignored. I have since been made aware of an exact situation that happened to someone else here: the person i chatted with through text denied it and yet it is happening to me regardless. I haven't received the product i ordered. I haven't received the refund. I haven't received a single response back about it. I did this transaction through bank of america through zelle and i promise you, if i don't here back today and receive my money back, they will conduct an investigation.
If i'm in the middle of being Scamion in such a trying time, like the aformentioned customer was, i also promise you, i will make sure the world knows about what is going on with diligent cannabis shop and justice will be served. Made an online purchase for $180, they only accepted Walmart gift cards. When I gave them the gift card number they shipped the product through Masters Carrier. Masters Carrier contacted me telling me that in order to deliver the item they needed $279! Only payable through WesternUnion. I told them I didn't have the money.
They said until I paid $250 they couldn't deliver the package. I emailed Diligent Cannabis Shop and they told me there was nothing that they could do until I paid the $279! I have since learned that the number they gave me is disconnected. And haven't heard back from either Diligentcannabisshop or Masters Carrier.
