Company claimed to provide Samsung galaxy back covers as ONE. Paid almost $40 for a new back cover because mine was shattered. Received a cheap plastic back cover bought from EBAY for $10.88, repackaged and sent to me. I know this because the EBAY invoice was still in the box. Asked for a refund. Received $25 back and was told the rest was for testing, quality inspection, etc. Replied with the fraudulent add and how it's was false. Haven't heard from them in weeks

On March 22, 2017, I ordered a replacement screen for my iPhone 5C online from Digital Supply USA. Description of the product included: "While replacing the top glass only on a iPhone 5c requires a lot of equipment and technical skills, this Original apple iPhone 5c lcd and digitizer is perfect to easily fix your iPhone 5c screen.... Do not be fooled by those replica screens you will find everywhere for cheap, this is an authentic OEM apple iPhone 5c LCD screen.... All LCD screens are 100% tested for all of the above quality standards required By Apple...." It showed a photo of a screen with the home button and camera attached. I paid $39.98. Several days later, I received a screen that did not contain a home button or camera. Those items would have to be transferred over from the old screen, thus requiring the "technical skills" that the advertisement implied were not needed. The screen was also PATENTLY DEFECTIVE as it was missing one of three cables required to attach it to the iPhone. Therefore it could not possibly have been "100% tested" as advertised or tested at all. It was also not an "Original apple" product as advertised. The company's representative stated in email: "Apple doesn't sale its parts to third parties. Therefore any replacement part would not be a genuine Apple part." I have sent several emails to the company complaining about these problems. Ultimately, the company sent me an authorization to return the product. Approximately two weeks after I returned the product I still had not heard from the company. Upon my inquiry into the status of the return, the company issued a partial refund of $25.03 on April 17, 2017. When I asked why I did not receive a full refund, the company responded: "The system has refunded you according to the policy agreed to at the time of purchase. It is the Subtotal minus (25% Restock Fee) minus ($4.96) if we paid for the return) = Refund Amount." I complained that they should not deduct anything for a defective product. I have not received a response.

You RIPOFF company! Never again do business with you! Returned the glass screen replacementfor my S7 Edge to you using your box and mailing label...now you won't refunds my $$$ it figures! Stay away from this business.

Great Purchase

Great purchase, the screen on my phone is perfect again! The only issue we had was with the tools, specifically the we had to buy a much stronger suction cup to pull apart the phone, also ended up using mostly our own tools including a better guitar pic to successfully pull apart to replace screen. So the tools do need improvement but they were a guide along with YouTube to what we needed for this job. Most important is my screen is perfect again and I am very happy so 5 stars for that!

Digital supply offered repair screens for my Samsung and Apple phones. I bought several items from them. They finally delivered them 2 weeks after the order. Within a few days, I discovered one of the screens was defective. I contacted them on their website and after several days received an RMA number.

The defective screen was in excellent physical condition but simply did not work when plugged into a phone. When I heard nothing from them, I contacted them again and they told me that the screen had arrived broken. It had been packed in bubble wrap and was carefully placed into a durable box.

It was sent postpaid, insured, at my expense. Due to long wait times between contacts, I did an internet review and found that there have been several complaints like mine. In fact, I had ordered an item from them several months before, neglected to check it out over their so called 30-day warranty, and found that it was also defective when I put it in.

They refused to honor the warranty stating that it was over their 30-day period. Fair enough. This time, I placed a small mark in an inconspicuous place so that if any problems would occur, I could tell it was the same item. In this case, they are claiming that the screen was broken when they received it. I had sent it and insured it at my expense but unfortunately, they will not return the item, help me with the insurance claim or contact me further.

This resembles many of the complaints I see on the better business bureau site as well as other sites and one should positively stay away from doing business with them.

I have contacted the credit card company who will start a dispute and also the federal trade commission and other internet sites, as well as the US postal Service.

Worst Company to buy from

Received Screen and had professionally installed to find out it is a damaged/defective screen. Now they want me to pay to return a damaged/defective screen and now say I cannot return a item that was sold by them that was defective. Now I have a Expensive Defective screen that I had to pay AGAIN to have replaced. Digital supply does not care about their customer and do NOT stand behind anything they sell. I have never had so much trouble over a Defective item in my life.I will never buy from them again, Too many other places you can pay slightly more and actually have a guarantee that they will stand behind and not sell you a defective item them pretty much tell you oh well and have to go pay to get it replaced again. Regret ever trying this company.

Went to buy from this company and while it has numerous good reviews listed mainly on its own site, I checked further to find complaints thru the BBB and other web sites on reports of no phone, no answered emails for customers with broken or no received shipments. COntacted the company as I was about to purchase something and advised them if they didnt have a phone and given the reviews I found , I couldnt do business with them if the real reviews were true. I was answered by a beligerent individual who didnt offer any reason other than he claimed i was his competitor or he didnt want my business no matter who I was.

Fortunately I check further before i purchased. As many have been taken by this indivdual. Upon more searching the owner is also running under several business names and deals with asian imports of parts that he claims are high quality but are cheap products.
