They offered a rebate form which I filled out but tried to call the customer service at 1-866-300-4437 only to be put on hold for an agent and was told "good-bye". Well this is not a good buy.
As of today it is not on my bank statement as I used our debit card and it is on hold because of another "product" that arrived not ordered and my bank is looking into that scam.

Never received an email order confirmation so unable to contact by return email address or phone number. Found this website by Googling in the company name and I now understand they have placed this order into some kind of automatic reorder scam. This was never mentioned in the initial order.
I've noticed that the return address on my product was listed as: 3960 Howard Hughes Pkwy, Suite 500 with no phone number listed. Called the phone number that I found with other reviews listed at another address and another name (Diet Supplements - SEC, Diet Supplements - ENSS and Diet Supplements - ABBS with a phone number 877-429-2465) and the persons who answer immediately ask "where did you get this number?" They say they are just an answering company for "numerous agencies" and were very unhelpful.
I have returned merchandise to the sending address and disputed this charge with my credit card. Visa also recommended cancelling current account and they've re-issued another number to stop any further monthly charges.
Looked up the return address on the package and it lists over 50 different companys at this very same address, none of which says "Diet Supplements". Total fraud/bogus/scammers.

Product arrived approximately 5 days befor 14 day trial period ended.
This allowed not a 14 day trial period because they took 9 days to send it. The woman on the phone assured me there would be paperwork included in the package if I decided to return pills and/ or cancel automatic shipping of original product. No paperwork was included !!

While doing more research online, I saw the $5.95 shipping only scam warnings online on 1/13/2018 and immediately called to cancel. The representative stated that I should send back any unused portion before the end of the month. My problem is that any recurring charges should be easily read with the naked eye, and not with an eyeglass. I purchased this with my bank account debit card, not with a credit card. Answered an ad for a free trial bottle of supposedly Pure CBD. Shipping not included $5.95 Sept 5 2017 4 days later Sept 18 they hit my account for $79.95 At this point I have one bottle of their product that was supposed to be a free trial bottle and $79.95 out of pocket. When I called, I was told no refunds after being put on hold for a very unreasonable amount of time. I told them to cancel any autoships or furture orders. The following month Oct. 4 2017 they hit my account again for $79.95. Once again I called their inefficient so called customer service to wait forever once again. This time they instructed me to return the next shipment for a refund. $160 later I now have 2 bottles of their product with the word that if I send back the last bottle I would get a refund, but I'm not too sure about that.
I have turned the matter over to the fraud squad at my bank, and they are folowing up on this matter. My problem is that any recurring charges should be easily read with the naked eye, and not with an eyeglass. I purchased this with my bank account debit card, not with a credit card. I do not wish to close my bank account due to this. I am shipping back the unused portion of the bottle on Monday, with return receipt.

*I tried the 5.99 trial and 10 days later they charged my checking account for $79.00. I cancelled with them as i was told on 9-22-17. On 9-24-17 they charged me again the same amount. This company offered a free sample of their hemp oil, but did not include any notice of further shipments to follow. I was sure to look for that because I know that if you will be charged for further product there is usually somewhere in the fine print that lets you know how to cancel. I saw nothring on the website which I can no longer find. I noticed that you have at least one other report on this company, so I thought I would add my experience. This company has shipped one more to date.

i ordered a free sample od CBD gel capsules and CBD oil. I was charged 69.99 for the gel and 79.99 for the oil. When I called to complain they claimed i had not cancelled the order in 14 days and they could not refund my money. After i became irate and insistent I was offered a 30% discount. I did not accept that and they offered a 50% discount saying thats the best they could do. They would not let me speak with a supervisor or anyone else in the company, repeating I would get a totla refund if I returned the unused product (which was 30 gel capsules and 1 ounce of oil which had no affect at all). $150 for nothing!!! These guys are crooks!
Ordered a bottle of CBD online with said the bottle was only being charged for shipping and handling of $5.95 after getting the bottle of CBD oil 4 Weeks Later $79.95 was debited out of my account supposedly they said for that trial bottle and membership fee this was not divulged online over the phone it was stated that the bottle
This company will not cancel contract regardless of how many times you call they just keep charging my credit card and sending product. The product is around 74. 00 and when I call they state they will credit on my cc 30.00 ...they are a complete ripoff and must be stopped by the attorney general and put out of business Immediately
Answered an ad for a free trial bottle of supposedly Pure CBD. Shipping not included $5.95 Sept 5 2017 4 days later Sept 18 they hit my account for $79.95 At this point I have one bottle of their product that was supposed to be a free trial bottle and $79.95 out of pocket. When I called, I was told no refunds after being put on hold for a very unreasonable amount of time. I told them to cancel any autoships or furture orders. The following month Oct. 4 2017 they hit my account again for $79.95. Once again I called their inefficient so called customer service to wait forever once again. This time they instructed me to return the next shipment for a refund. $160 later I now have 2 bottles of their product with the word that if I send back the last bottle I would get a refund, but I'm not too sure about that.
I have turned the matter over to the fraud squad at my bank, and they are folowing up on this matter. All I can say at this point that when ever you purchase something online, either do it through Paypal or one of other money transfer systems that will back your purchase or do your research on the company you are buying from first.

I ordered CBS oil for 5.95. It did not work so I called within the 14 days to cancel so I wouldn't be charged 79.99. I never returned the bottle and accepted I had to pay. I was charged 79.99 again and never received anything! I was told my subscription wasn't cancelled because I never returned the bottle. After 30 days it was too late. Then i received a bottle and was charged ANOTHER 79.99! I wrote return to sender and called again I was informed the account was closed because after numerous attempts the funds weren't available. I was charged overdraft plus 79.99. They refuse to give me any refund at all. One person said the system wouldn't do it but call back in 10 days and they may be able to give me $30! Another rep said No, they could not give me anything and I could call a lawyer. I am so upset, I don't know what to do. I am ou $280 for something that doesn't even work. I need to know what I can do??

Just like the other complaint, I too, ordered a $5.95 sample of the CBE oil and found a charge has since been put on my credit card for $79.95. I received an e-mail advising me that I could try this great anti inflammatory oil for shipping only.
If there was anything further in the fine print, I sure did not see anything, especially about a recurring $79.95 charge.
From an email, I order a free bottle of CBD oil. Only charge was $5.95 for shipping. I did not order more bottles but now another bottle arrived with a $78.53 charge.

I told her to cancel all future orders before I hung up. I called back 2 more times and ask for a supervisor and was again told that I had not cancelled in the correct time frame. They said they would cancell all future order which I explained should have been done 3 hrs earlier. I again ask both time to talk to a supervisor. The last girl said that she would refund me 50% for a total of 34.00. I told her 50% of 347.50 was not 34.00. She said she could not refund shipping and handling. I again asked to speak to her supervisor, who she said was on another line. The 2 and 3 calls they both hung up on me. I was not rude, I just was asking to speak to a supervisor.
It was supposed to be a liquid. you put 1 drop under your tongue at night. they sent pills instead & NO instructions.

I saw article thru a friends e-mail which they did not send about this great cbd oil for inflamation of joints etc.

i put my order in for the 3 and 1 free .
then i was prompted to put in my payment method i did then it went competely off screen.
the next morning i checked my credit card they had billed over $86.00 to much. i had no phone number ,nothing
so my credit card company got me a phone number and they put a sispute on the amt. the customer service said i would get a $50.00 rebate but the offer was off to get the 4th free bottle so i have to pay for it now i dont

I ordered a free sample of Pure CBD advertised to assist in weight loss. I was to only pay for shipping. I did not receive an invoice when the product came, so no idea what they billed me. It is not showing up on my debit card statement as anything similar to this company name & it was to be $4.95 & I have no charge in that amount. I have since received 2 more bottles in the mail with no invoice & I'm sure I am being billed. Early january 2017 i ordered one free trial size bottle of cbd oil from an ad i saw on facebook. There was no mention of automatic shipments or further charges. It was to be shipping charges on the trial bottle for $5.95.
I received the bottle with a very blank packing slip. No information, no instructions about any further shipments or billings. I did not agree to anything else but a trial bottle and did not sign anything.
As of today, 2/17/17 i received my credit card bill and they have added another charge of $69.95 to my card. That makes two charges of $69.95 for product i did not order.
I did receive one other bottle to which they say i have to reutrn at my expense to get refunded the cost. I say if i didn't authorize it i shouldn't have to return it.
Now they say the second bottle is in "transit" to me. I have disputed both charges on my credit card, filed a complaint with my state attorney general's office - consumer division, and now filing the outscam. I saw another identical report on here as of today also with same complaint.
I called this company today and they are impossible to deal with and swear they are not scammers. They offered me 40% off the price. I said i don't want a discount, i want full credit because i didn't order it. They hung up the phone on me.
I do not plan to return any product. I do not believe it is authentic cbd oil as it tastes just like cod liver oil.

I ordered one trial bottle and made a point of checking to make sure I wasn't going to be signing myself up for autoshipping in the future. Did not see anything like that on the page. I just received a bottle of "Maintenance Pills" on yesterday with a charge of $38.26. I have tried calling the number on the invoice (1-866-300-4437) all day and it has stayed busy. I have opened a dispute on the charge with my credit card company. Be careful.
I ordered a product and I have no way to cancel .!!! Their phone is always busy and no other way to contact them . They are stealing my money and the cost is twice what it would be in a store.. I found that out later. I may have to cancle my card to stop payments Yuck! what a pain. I wil never order on line again for a weight loss product. I sure learned the hard way!
