I ordered two EGR valves on Monday. I called in and spoke with Andrew. Today is Wednesday and fed ex showed up with both EGR valves exactly as promised. I will definitely use these guys more in the future. The cost of two EGR valves from them was less than 1 from the other places I checked.
Ordered injector clips on or about Sept. 8, 2017. Received an envelope with nothing in it on Sept. 11, 2017. I contacted via email stating such. Andrew Kolonay of DTPD replied with "It wasn't an oversight. In fact I personally packaged it up but perhaps it slipped out of a small opening in the envelope if it wasn't completely sealed. I'll get another one shipped out to you today. It was an injector clip, correct?" I replied on Sept. 30, 2017 "Yes that is correct". After recieving nothing i again email stating I want a full refund as I still do not have the items ordered. Andrew replied back " I sent you a message on the 12th asking you to confirm that it was the injector connector clip that you were referring to that you didn't receive. I asked you that because I noticed that you had another order placed for a pigtail and I wanted to make sure the correct part was being resent. I never received an answer back from you. We can send whatever it was you didn't receive or we can cancel the order. What would you like to do?" I then replied back on Sept 30, 2017 with all of the data stated in this statement challenging him with the inaccurate statement he made. And that is the final contact he has made. I have the emails for documentation if needed
