can't be trusted to sell "used" cars! sad, because i thought it was a good business. helping me out! my 1st purchase was a 08 infinti g37s! no problem. great car! just to small for me and my business. drove it a year and came back to dag.
i thought i was getting my dream car! it was a nightmare. 08 range rover sport. first clue was the car had not been cleaned. they had not even fix a small paint chip on bummber. (had clear tape covering it! they did pay to fix it and have it cleaned. it had no gas cap! battery died first 30days. windshied wipers replaced.
on the way to dealership to drop off the g37s factory rims. i found out the first time that the truck had a problem. "reduce engine performance" i cant push on the gas! i have to pull over and restart it! i told jason about it. engine lite rest set before i could get there.
i knew they were not going to be bothered paying to fix it for me. at this time it wasnt that bad. but i knew i needed to fix it! had oil change first time. they said it was filthy! i went to my current auto guy and he didnt want to fix it! so i recalled seeing a "import repair" place on my way to my old stores location. he said it was a tempetaure sensor and we needed to do a coolant flush! ok no problem! i think my problem is fixed! no, thanks to dag! but noted... that they sold me a car they never serviced.
it wasn't fixed! when the weather hits 100 in texas. my suv starts to give me the same problem again. same issue "perfromance" as when i first bought the suv from dag! i went back and finally talk to the owner of dag one time! then he stop taking my calls! i took the truck back again to import repair! he cleaned out the radiator ect. he also said it was very dirty!
here we are not even a week later and its broken again! i payed a lot of money for a range rover that has serious problems! it just looks pretty! never has driven good ever since i bought it!
here i am without a car again! tomorrow morning i'm dropping it of at land rover san antonio. and i dont want to see it tell it fix! i hate my car!
i wont be coming back to dag! or used period! cant trust them! i have expressed to the manager anthony. who wasnt there when i bought it. how unhappy i am! how i hate my suv! its nothing but problems from the start! over the phone before are meeting he said maybe i lost the gas cap! very insulting! when i have more serious problems then a gas cap! im paying 620 a month for a truck that has never run proper.
my business i travel atleast once a month! i told him either find out whats wrong with it or just get me into something else! im tired of searching for the problem that you sold me the suv with!
its not like 6 months later this issued came up! no i been dealing with it since i first got it! he said moday morning i would be discussed. he never called me! monday late i called and he said he for got! he was busy! yeah busy selling bad used cars! he said owner said hes looking for you a newer model. its been weeks! and my truck is getting worse! i give up on them trying to make it right! im stuck making payment and dumping money into a truck that was sold to me with problems! buyer beware!!!
