I Ordered my daughter a hover board from hoverboardxp.com in July. The beginning of July 2016. I looked at alot of them online and the hoverboard xp website seemed promising. It stopped working within 3 days so I sent it back and asked for a refund. It is now December 2016 and still no refund. I have called and emailed so many times. They wont talk to you on the phone at all. They just take your name and number. They have emailed back most of the times but just to say they are sorry and the billing department is processing my refund. One time they even told me they did process my refund. They didnt an dthey are not going to. i was scammed. Now when I email I get no response at all. Its just so so sad to spend $329 on something and someone just keep it. I relaize ordering online is a risk but I order almost everything online and have never had a problem until now.

Returned item for warranty repair over a month and a half ago. Eventhough I have tried to contact company on status of repair, I have not been contacted.

Phone number on website and given by the 411 service are incorrect. Found correct telephone number on the BBB.com website. Although, even after speaking to someone directly on my issue, I was assured someone would contact me, but I'm still waiting 10 days later.

This is the worst consumer service I have ever encountered.

bad warrany

bought a product it broke sent it in paid for postage said they would will replace did not will not respond to my emails or calls

They sell and distribute Hype electronic products, and other electronic products under different names.

When an item is returned to me in accordance to their stated warranty, they fail to respond to you in a timly manner.

When they finally acknowledge the return of a defective item under warranty, they send you in exchange an old, used and broken item as a replacement for the item under warranty.

The exchanged item is in no better or worse condition then the defective item that was returned to them.

They do not respond to calls or e-mails regarding their failure to honor their warranty.
