DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!! They entice you with a low price, but they are not an authorized dealer and do not even have what they list for sale in stock. I ordered speakers from them on 4/23. It is now May 19 and they still have not even received the item to ship to me. Despite all of this they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee to cancel my order. What a joke! Their reasoning behind this is because they oversold the item by taking 5 orders for only two incoming units and they had to already cancel orders for other people. Why the hell would you sell 5 pairs when you can only get 2?! I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money. James is a straight thief. BEWARE!! THIS BUSINESS IS RUN BY CROOKS!!
I ordered electronics products from this company that were advertised as "in stock." I get a voicemail message later in the day telling me that I have to call them back or they won't process the order. I know from experience that retailers who do this are going to try to upsell you something else or tell you that the item you ordered will only work in Japan and you have to pay $500 more to get the American version, etc. No different here. The guy tells me that the items are not in stock and he can sell me another item for much more money. I tell him I don't want the more expensive item. Somehow we get onto the subject of warranties. Their website advertises "5 year warranty with no hassles." I checked with the manufacturer and these guys are NOT an authorized seller and you get NO WARRANTY. When I confronted the guy with this, he first denied it, then said "Oh, yeah there is no warranty on this item."
Stay away. When I tried to cancel the order, the guy starts to swear at me and tells me he can't do it. Even though they don't have the items! Order from someone else.
