The owner Mike Depew is insane. The technician flooded my kitchen from a repair to the refrigerator and we were asking them to accomodate our schedule to come and survey the damage. The owner got on the phone and completely lost it. He lost control screaming at the top of his lungs at my husband. He said he didn't care what happened, didn't care about us, about the problem and nobody dictates to him when he will send someone to our house. My husband asked him to stop screaming and not to talk to him like that but Mike Depew said he didn't care if we were home or not or if we had to take off work. Mike Depew got out of control after speaking with my husband for just a couple of minutes. Mike Depew is racist against hispanics and treated my husband very disrepectfully because of his name and because he has an accent. This person should not be in business. I called back because we had no idea we were speaking with the owner. I am under the impression that those working for him are afraid of him. I am afraid that he is someone who could be dangerous. It just isn't normal for a business owner to lose control like that so easily and treat people so terribly.
