Coincidentally, Anthony Santa Maraia is also on public corporation documents as Treasurer and Secretary of H2X of which H2X Canna is a subsidiary. Anthony Santa Maria is also Director / Chief Operating Officer for past 2 years of Dental Sticks Inc and Dental Sticks Holdings Corp according to public records.
Vince Marold is formerly founder of Kaboom Beverages which lost 3 Million in investor money when he bankrupted it. The company's IP assets were bought later at bankruptcy auction by Vince Marold and no other bidders to became a part of H2X for an undisclosed amount of money.
I did some checking online with the Corporate Commisions of the states for the companies. BIG RED FLAGS! Apparently many are in large tax debt and have no income / in default.
