Awful company to work for. They tell you they have a ton of work for you, then NOTHING. They do not train you at all on their computer programs, they do not even have a manual to do so. How they keep clients is a wonder to me. The investigations are done poorly to say the least. They go through workers like nothing, and when you complain your not getting the work they promised you, they say we decided your not a proper fit for the company. I have NO IDEA how the State of New York Insurance Commission keeps them. They are the worst company I have ever worked for. I have been a New York State Licensed Private Investigator for 16 years, and they are just awful. They have NO clue what they are doing, and the job they do for the state is not up to par with any group of professional investigators I have ever seen. Stay away from them for a job, and do not hire them to do work for you, or you will be sorry you did!!
