THEY CAN’T FIND MY ORDER

Placed order on January 30, 2019. After two weeks I called on February 14, 2019. I was told that it was shipped on February 7, 2019 but she has no tracking number because the warehouse didn’t attach one for some reason. She said she would get it and send it to my email address. February 15, 2019 I called back because I never received an email with the tracking information. Now they said it had shipped out on the 7th or the 8th. I asked how they would know that if they have no tracking number? She assumed it had shipped because it had arrived on the 6th. I was told that they recently installed a new computer program and the warehouse is having trouble. It was 12:00 PM when I called and I was informed that the warehouse closed at 12:00PM and I would need to call back on Monday. February 19, 2019 10:55AM It never shipped and they can’t find the parts. If they don’t call back today I’m going to call my credit card company and put in a fraud claim for the return of my money.

Same story - 9+ week wait time, broken promises

What they are doing is illegal. They cannot capture payment until goods are shipped, yet they IMMEDIATELY charged my credit card in March and have yet to fulfill the order having promised it each of the last 3 weeks. Plan to file a complaint with the FCC about these jokers.

SCAM

I have been trying to call this company after placing an order for over 2 weeks. I sent about 10 emails and called non stop for the entire week and the woman keeps hanging up on me and also sending me to VM of a full mailbox without even telling me to hold and that she’s sending me over. This place is a complete scam. I have no product and can’t get a hold of anyone to help me. Such a disgusting company and people who are handling it.

Runaround and lies for 2 months

Every week they told me it was on the way to their warehouse, it's on the way to you, here's a (fake) tracking number, oh the problem is that it's so big we're having trouble shipping it to you, on and on another story every week. 9 weeks later I get an email saying the item is unavailable. Still waiting for reimbursement.

I promise you the tiny bit of savings you will get will not be worth the hassle. Part of my hardware order arrived, part never did, part of it was wrong.

I have called no fewer than seven times, I have spent (no exaggeration) hours on hold, got it all resolved, and then had to call to get the return authorization several more times which never came. I know all of their names by now. No kidding. I placed my order on March 7.

It is now April 18 and I still am trying to get the correct order, and have not even been enabled to return the mistakes yet because every time they call they say they are sending a return label and NEVER DO. I have wasted hours and hours on a simple hardware order.
