I have been using LSW and Deanna Howard for my 403b through Oklahoma City Public Schools. I am now 66 and want to take out some funds. I am NOW advised that I am limited to 10% per year or I will pay a 5% penalty. This is part of my retirement and I need funds to move from Oklahoma to Illinois except it will take at least ten days and cost me 5% of MY money.
This is a ripoff by insurnace companies like LSW to hold on to client money for their use.
