We recently purchased our highend motorhome, and are very unhappy with the sales transaction. This is our third coach, so we are familiar with the process. Although our salesmen were terrific, the problems began when working with the sales manager. Arrogant, erratic, and would say ANYTHING to further the sale. If you decide to shop here, be SURE to get every detail in writing, as this manager will deny saying he would do something, and you have nowhere to go. The corporation backs its manager, and you will be left with paying thousands of dollars because the manager is not a man of integrity. We have discussed this with them at length,and they refuse to discuss the main issue and now are forced to take legal steps to convince this dealer to do the right thing. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THE SALES PROCESS!!!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service department My Third and final review,,,, ... After 4 weeks I finally picked up my trailer, they said it was ready !! . DIRTY, DEAD BATTERIES (one of the main reasons I brought it in, batteries not holding the charge) and ITEMS NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED NOT DONE, No service advisors available to talk to when i picked up. Very poor customer service, no follow up, no one cares... In four weeks not one phone call, I had to call weekly to see were they were with the small list of "under warranty" issues.
Every phone call was followed up with Ill call you back in 5 minutes...Never happened. Again I was considering the installation of solar panels this visit....Not at DDRV. In a couple of years I want to trade in my trailer for a motorhome....Not at DDRV. Two good friends are activelly looking for RV's not at DDRV I said. I guess they do enough volume of business to not care if they have repeat customers or referrals...
