DC roofing systems be LLC out of St. Pete FL (727)678-2305 installed our roof a few months ago and caused a total of 4 leaks.Rotten wood wasn't replaced, wall flashing improperly installed, old felt paper not replaced, and purposely didn't replace items they were supposed to replace per contract.
All verified by another roofing company we had to hire after DC roofing owner Daniel Castillo did multiple no call no shows then finally attempted to repair the leaks and failed. He's a scam artist and has no business being in business check the BBB. He has no license or insurance. After he agreed to pay half for the repairs, he's not answering calls or text messages.
He did this to us over 2 years ago. Cost us time, stress and money. We later found out he was not licensed or insured. You need to file a report/complaint with the DPBR. As far as I know he was served a cease and desist order in 2017 and clearly has just ignored it.
He was actually just arrested for our case and we have court coming up. There are many more similar complaints on the BBB and Google. I’ve been saying for over 2 years that he needed to stopped. I’m sorry this happened to you too.
