I tried to cancel. They require that you send a email to cancel. They said they didn't get the email and charged me another month. Second time, they received the email but said i did not fill it out correctly. They did not contact me to tell me i filled it out wrong and charged me for another month. So I made the request again to cancel the service with them and it went through only to find out their fine print say you must give a 30 day notice and charged us again. This company has only one purpose and that is scam you. Do not buy into this company's sales pitch because you will be sorry you did, as i am.

I recently signed up to have "Davinci Virtual", provide a virtual office service for my new founded charity.

At first, I was a little taken aback because they told me that there would be a sign up charge that, to the absolute best of my knowledge, I had not been previously informed about.

I explained this to the person with whom I was dealing and they justified the charge and I begrudginly paid the required amount.

Some while later, eventhough I was of the impression that I had satisfied their paperwork requirements, I was told that the requirements, had, indeed not been fulfilled. I was also told that because I had not sent off one piece of required paperwork,

they would not be sending me my mail but instead sending everything back to sender.

I found this to be extremely unfair, as I was being charged from day one.

If the employees and management were honest and ethical, they would not start charging for a service, until everything was in place. That would be truly taking care of the customer but I felt that their priority was only about making money and not about truly keeping/establishing customer satisfaction and an honest reputation with bend over backwards customer service.

Eventhough I explained that the reasoning behind my cancellation of the service was solely due to customer dissatisfaction,

they said that they are still going to charge me until the end of the year.

I have reported their actions to American Express, as disputed transactions and refusal to pay for any further "service", eventhough their never has been any service.

I am extremely fussy when it comes to customer service and I have an excellent bacground in providing brilliant customer satisfaction and service.

I could never reccomend this company, as I feel that they are only concerned with their bottom line and not about the happiness of customers and repeat business/ word of mouth/internet reputation.

There is a lot of competition out there. I would suggest one looks around extensively and gets to know the terms and conditions of the contract, before proceeding further.

The staff were never rude, they simply do not know how to make a business successful.
