The Dart Web site offers guarntee weekly pay of 1250 dollars this does not happen they did not pay it you must be available to work my truck was broke down 3 different times I did not receive break down pay or they didn't pay me the guarntee salary they promise on there web site.
I never received a 1250 check all the time I was there and forget home time they promise to get you home on the day you request if done so seven days prior I requested day off three weeks in advance. they made sure I didn't get home on time.
this company is full of promises they don't keep just heart break be smart don't sign on with Dart Transit buy your own truck then this kind of company can't control you that is all Dart is about CONTROL don't let them take your dignity away from you.
When I signed on with DART, it was explained that when you left DART that you would be refunded monies left over from the maintenance fund once the the expenses of getting the truck ready for remarketing and weekly payments up to three weeks. After sixty days I contacted DART's Mr Jamison who told me that they had closed out the issue with DART and had turned the money over to Highway Sales Mrs Bonnie. He transfered me over to her aand she stated that because I had not fulfilled my contract obligation that they were not going to return any of the money. In short I got ripped off for over $5000.00 that was in my mantenance fund. All this because I had an accident and was termed. As for DART, I think I had the best suport team in the industry that I have had the privilege to work with . The truck sales as it turns out is in my opinion totaly unethical in their pratices. I recomend DART as a company to work for but please be careful about buying a truck or leasing a truck through Highway sales. You are apt to get ripped off.
